"First experience and expectations were very high, given the reviews and articles found on the net. Often, however, at great expectations, they follow as many disappointments, starting from the menu...which is not there, or rather is indicated in summary incoming (without prices... but then at the time of the order, the owner of the local illustrates what will be the sequence of the dishes, without giving possibility of choice, that there is and that you eat. The wine list also does not exist, the choice (comunicated by voice, however, leaves a few possibilities and the wines proposed are mediocre, very commercial, very expensive and absolutely not suitable for the dishes proposed. On the quality of the food I can only confirm the freshness of the ingredients and the goodness in the preparation, however the portions are absolutely undersized, at the limit of the nouvelle cuisine, ...said in SCARSE pennies, which would be good if we were faced with a starry cuisine, where the imagination and study of the gastronomic contrasts are priority regarding the quantity, but the restaurant does not have this velvety and badly turns out to be only a chic restaurant. The owner may seem sympathetic, but the prosopoeia with which he prides himself on having cooked for the big ones of the G8 or who knows who else, seems only an exercise of peacock wheel, I would prefer to see its expertise behind the stoves. I will not return, in Bolzano and province there are other more satisfying fish restaurants, less expensive and better managed."

I think Gambero Rosso is run by Antonio and his wife, who is the best fish restaurant in Bolzano. Try to believe. It's hard to find a place. I suggest you book a little early.

Really nice pizzeria. Good prices and nice guest house look. Excellent service. The herbal pizza (case pizza) was amazing an underat the desserts go for the kastanjen mouse (cestnut mouse) really good.

Great maritime cuisine in Italy. There is no menu. You have to trust and do well. All very good. A quiet dinner, different from the others. No rush. All expressed and all very good. The Luciana polyp deserves a 10.

Excellent! Fresh fish prepared with care. The chef as well as a great cook is a first-class amphitheatre.
