"I would say we order from here once a month and we have never had a bad meal. The food arrives hot and is very good value for money. We usually spend about £20 but there is always so much food for 2 people, it usually does us two nights. Would recommend the chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken and the crispy beef! Only a small negative is the chicken they use for the chicken satay skewers is a bit dry but all other chicken dishes are very nice well cooked. The staff are lovely in the kitchen and they have recently put in covid19 screens and wear masks too. They ask you to wear a mask on collection also."

Order a lot of food including delivery an expected it to be expensive but came in at under £25 for lots of mains and sides and extra sauces. Delivery driver very chirpy to. Speedy service

For our first foray into the fast food industry in Cockermouth we chose the Full House simply on the basis of the very good reviews on Trip Advisor. It just goes to show that such reviews aren’t necessarily accurate.

First visit and very impressed. Very reasonable prices, polite and fast service. Most importantly, good amounts of meat in the fried rice dish which actually tasted of pork, very nice indeed. Very happy with this take away, looking forward to working through their dishes on offer. Voir le carte

This used to be our go to chinese but i'm not so sure anymore. The spring rolls were undercooked. The pastry was spongy not crispy maybe they had been stuck together in the fryer? The chicken fried rice, which is usually nice, had hardly any flavour. I wonder if they have a new chef.

We we’re staying in Torpenhow and had driven to Cockermouth to do our shopping.Myself and my daughter fancied a Chinese as it was too late to start cooking. We parked in Sainsbury’s and found full house just located on the street behind. My daughter is in a wheelchair and as soon as I reached the door the ownersDaughter came to open it for us we placed our order and waited. The order was ready in no time. We went back to the car and drove the 15 min journey back to our holiday cottage.The food was still piping hot when we plated up and was beautiful. We would 100% recommend this takeaway
