"Frank's is simply the best and offers more than just coffee. Located near my office where I have worked for 9 years, Frank's is a popular spot for me and my colleagues, as well as many other regulars. When my wife and I travel, we always try to find where the locals go, and Frank's fits the bill. The food is high quality and freshly prepared, without being fancy. The interior is spotlessly clean, and Frank and his team of staff are welcoming. Frank, a London-based Italian, is a fantastic host whom I have known for years and consider a friend. The location is convenient, near Oxford Street and tube stations, and perfect for a traditional breakfast or delicious paninis for lunch. My personal favorite is the omelette. The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere in the winter and a great place to dine outdoors when the sun is shining. Located on Great Titchfield Street, the area is vibrant with interesting shops and businesses leading up to the residential end near Regent's Park. Don't miss out on Frank's, it's worth seeking out!"

Cosy and spotlessly clean cafe. Great prices £1.20 for a coffee. Lovely staff. Definitely go back. Good range 9f sandwiches and Italian specials. Rare roast beef too!

We have seen this place before but never tried it and as it had tables outside we gave it a go for a chicken escalope and cheese ciabatta with a cappuccino. The ciabatta was very nice with an enormous piece of chicken almost too much to eat. The cappuccino was very good too. Prices were good for the portion and the area. Voir le carte

I like the food at Frank’s Coffee House but am concerned that they put the full debit/credit card number on their receipts, so if a customer loses it or just throws it away, they won’t know someone else could get their card details just by looking at the receipt. I’d like them to just show the last four digits of the bank/credit card numbers like most other places.

Frank's restaurant provides a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere even in an unfamiliar part of the city. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to create a customized vegetarian breakfast and sandwich for us. They offer a variety of made-to-order sandwiches and delicious ready combinations. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The cozy ambiance and welcoming staff make for a delightful dining experience. And don't forget to try the heavenly custard donut!

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
