"My husband and I visited the restaurant today at 5pm and were seated promptly since it wasn't busy. However, we had to wait 10 minutes to place our order for two coffees and two waffles. It took 20 minutes for the coffee to arrive and another 35 minutes for the waffles. Despite the coffee being okay, the waffles were cold and extremely chewy. The dish consisted of three pieces of waffle, half a scoop of ice cream in a small bowl that only covered one section of waffle, and a small jug of syrup. We were truly disappointed with the quality of the food and felt like we should have lodged a complaint as we were unhappy with what we paid for. While waiting, I observed the chef slamming a plate down and leaving the order slip on top of the food for 8 minutes before a waitress took it away. We have visited Frankie and Benny's many times in the past and have always been satisfied, but this time we were very disappointed."

Booked for birthday party for daughter. One party member was celiac so that the gluten-free menu was very important and it was soothing how well this was treated. I dropped my phone and had to go back to the restaurant. It was handed in. Very good service.

very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I ordered a spinat and ricotta cannelloni, the beautiful candy was the pasta is not a little bigger as it is so beautiful. had a sunshine for my gloomy that was just as beautiful. the soda swimmer was good. just something that gives us the price on size. it is quite small on the serviettes, but high on the price.

I visited this restaurant on a Thursday around 5 PM. Despite not having made an online reservation and the restaurant operating at reduced capacity due to the virus, they were happy to accommodate us. The service was quick and friendly, our drinks arrived promptly, followed shortly by our food. The quality of the food was excellent - tasty, hot, and well presented. The portion sizes seemed generous. The four main courses we ordered - ribs, meatballs, prawn pasta, and chicken carbonara - were all delicious. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
