Excellent staff and food was amazing. Went there for a quick bite before the show, it was busy but we got a table very quick, Angie was our waitress she went an extra mile with her service, very attentive, she made our night. Thank you. Burgers and prawn starter are delicious! 5*

Had a great time at this restaurant on Saturday evening. Was very busy but the staff were friendly and fun! From the smiley host to the smiley server Abbie and the smiley manager who brought us our food. Was like everyone was happy to be there! Even the chefs looked happy in the open kitchen! Wow! Great atmosphere! Recommend

Good place for a yummy italian meal! The spicy prawn spaghetti that I had ordered was delicious and hot! My boyfriend enjoyed his steak and we had a lovely time over pints of beer. All in all, a good place for quality time, just quite pricey though, so watch your budget! Also, the staff is very polite and patient, so much appreciated! Voir le carte

on Monday evening before a show. the staff was very polite and friendly. our waiter was beautiful and our drinks were brought right away. that was delicious. the burger was obviously homemade and had many toppings. the chips were freshly cooked. we ordered starter and net and were filled. the cocktails were delicious and very generous. also very cheap as I tend to find alcohol in restaurants expensive. we would have stayed for dessert, but we had to do the show. it was a very nice atmosphere, the music was the perfect level and not a series-shaped customer. will be back in any case:

Your waiter can really make or break your experience at a restaurant, and if every person on here was served by our waiter, this place would have five stars! I’ve been here quite a few times and never necessarily had a bad experience, but this evening was truly exceptional because of how charming and eager to help the waiter was, he made us both laugh and made us feel very comfortable. His name was Jordan L, and he definitely needs a raise. The food was also yummy as always, I’ve never been able to fault the food at any Frankie and Benny’s. You get what you pay for and it hits the spot.

I've been to francie benny several times, there's an extensive menu that provides for all budgets. we go in the rule for the set menu, which is very good value for money and cost depends on how many courses they have. the decor is old American diner style and eating is influenced by this and it has an Italian flare to it also I think. I have always enjoyed my time here, the customer service is really great, I never had a bad experience. recently I went to francie benny’s in straiton, edinburgh, but his not on this app from any reason. whatever they are going to him is always obvious that families are welcome (because of the poor level with special location, the employees are very attentive....
