The atmosphere is what you'd expect, with nice music playing for birthdays and an overall pleasant vibe. However, they couldn't locate my reservation, and I had to show them proof on my phone. The service was slow, and the food that we ordered together came out at different times. Additionally, the bill was incorrect, as they charged me twice for the same meal. My son found his food dry, so he ended up eating mine. Overall, I don’t plan on returning.

We visited the restaurant several times, but after our last experience of poor service and food, we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, the experience was even worse than before. Both my son and I ordered carbonara, which was swimming in grease and had barely any sauce. The waitress acknowledged this and offered to replace it, but the alternative dish took a long time to arrive, and by the time it did, my wife had already finished her meal. Additionally, my wife’s chicken dish was unsatisfactory, as it was extremely dry. Being a type 1 diabetic, she had very few options and had to eat what was available. When our main courses were served, I discovered that I had no cutlery. I tried to get the attention of a staff member for some, but received no response. Thankfully, a lady from a nearby table kindly offered me some spare cutlery. After finishing our main courses, we requested the bill.
