service was an anxious 1 family member had to lay back ribs because they were dry and hard and another family member ended with food poisoning with there hühnerburger

Had dinner here. Had to book in advance because of covid restrictions but the place was empty so this was not really necessary. The food was typical American fare burgers and fries etc. but the one I had was very average and quite expensive...for the quality.

breakfast, speck burned, tomaten cold, mushroom luke warm, the place was busy still 2 male workers stood in the servier area chat for over 30mins) while people who were not happy in the delay of the orders that were waiting workers doing...the best to get up. bad show of male(manager) Voir le carte

Paid a lunchtime visit and we’re underwhelmed. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Food was a let down . Both our burgers 1 beef 1 chicken came in stale buns . The ingredients were good as were the fries but surely it’s not difficult to...source fresh bakery products. Seems like a case of penny pinching esp as no side salad etc on plate !

do not often write bad reviews, but do not have much positive things to say. the server were nice, but they were so busy that they had no time to ask us how our meal was. it was a fight, it was for more. Beverages/invoicing to banish. that was not great. I could have done anything better. my pasta dish had no taste, only so much flavored that my mouth was fired. bad drink selection. do not think that it is good value for money. I never hope to come back.

Although the food was nice the coffee is amazing, we were sadly disappointed the temperature of the food. Also at there being no pancakes available, even though they were on the breakfast menu. 2 of us had eggs benedict. Nice meal but sadly luke...warm at best which was off-putting not really acceptable. Also felt very rushed as the plates were cleared immediately after finishing, then the bill was brought to us immediately after that. Probably would not return. Voir le carte

my wife and I asked our steaks to be done well, just to find that they were still pink in both. the height of incompetence is disturbed. After we complained when we both lost our appetit, the manager took the food out of the bill, but when we didn't even finish our drinks, she had the opportunity to invite us for the drinks! overall it was slower service, waiting staff that can not even crack a smile, chefs who obviously lost their passion for cooking and a cow that could be saved by a veterinarian.

Now. I am absolutely NOT someone to make complaints. But Frankie Benny’s Union Square is a place to avoid. We were here 25.09 as we happened to be in the local area, it took several minutes for us to be sat down and when...we were sat down it was CLEAR by the tone of the waitress that she could not be bothered with my husband and I. English Manager (or so we believe to be the manager) NOT pleasant, it is clear he treats his staff as subordinates, my husband in particular seen him consistently nagging at his staff throughout the entirety of our time there just an earshot away(always lovely to hear during a ~romantic~ date, I plea with sarcasm). as you can imagine this did not make for a pleas...

This was our first visit to F&Bs after lockdown, we haven't been in since before all the lockdown measures, so made sure to come back try the famous pizza they offered before. We were greeted by a friendly girl who showed us to our...table and then explained the few items they did not have, the menu is still quite varied with only a few items missing from the previous one I remember. I was craving a pizza so a margarita was what I was after, my girlfriend had cheeseburger chips. We were offered some seasoned fries which sounded good with a cheese sauce. Around 20mins later our food was served, which is great as we had the cinema to go to also, the food was served hot but didnt taste as good... Voir le carte
