Fab food and service this afternoon. Isabel served us and was excellent! I couldnt decide between a burger or lasagne. She recommended the lasagne and it was mouthwatering. It was absolutley the right choice, the atmosphere was good as it was quite packed inside, music was great and food and drinks were swift, loved it all, especially with the free main sign up code! 5 stars

Lovely time at Frankie and bennys today, our server was Isabelle, she made sure everything was ok and got us everything we needed. Food was fantastic and really hit the spot. We joked with isabelle and had a really good conversation when paying, she even entertained my dad’s ramblings about geography!! Very good time all round and we hope she enjoys her holiday! Dreadful, do not go here if you have hungry children! After ordering we waited about 50 minutes before our food arrived. The waitresses didn’t provide much help or any information on how long it would take. They served other tables and quite frankly ignored our attempts to get their attention. Once food arrived it was good but not worth the excessively long wait. We had to ask for takeaway on our desserts so we could make our train we didn’t want to wait for another 30 min!! There was only one chef and whilst I understand the pressure in the hospitality sector we were not warned about the wait prior to eating. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend

We were in Cardiff for the Foo Fighters later that evening so decided to book a restaurant for food mid afternoon to soak up the copious amount of alcohol we’d be having. We originally booked TGI Fridays and arrived promptly at 1400 for a meal. The waitress came over and handed us the menus which were titled “Events Day Menu”. The prices were inflated, why try to rip off an already stretched public for the exact same service and food!! We left and tried Frankie and Bennys who duly obliged. What a fantastic decision. Fab food, reasonable price especially with the just eat two for one deal, superb service with Molly and not forgetting Katlin (Manager) who looks after us so well….got my iPhone...

was exited to go to frankie and benny’s after a long day in cardiff, and was soon very disappointed when we ordered our food and it then took over an hour for our food to actually arrive. bare in mind there was only two other people in the whole restaurant and was not busy in the slightest. we had all ordered off the kids menu which we had thought would take a quicker time to arrive. we waited over an hour for the food to arrive and when we asked the server how long our food will take she said 5 minutes, this was wrong as it then came 10 minutes later at which this time we were all very upset and very hungry. when the food finally came the wait was not worth it!! i ordered pasta and mashed p...
