"Originally stopped for afternoon coffee, but decided to also have the home made soup, Both were delicious, the service was friendly very attentive, my partner I have specific dietary requirements, it is so refreshing to find staff who, not only listen, but, really try hard to satisfy. We were so pleased we went back for pizza on Wed eve. It looked really pretty, with beautiful candle lit tables. Waiting staff were excellent whilst being very welcoming the chef superb, listening to us bringing us a range of tasty delights cooked to perfection, (I've worked at some highly regarded restaurants under some super owners managers). The food service was exemplary, the best Trattoria ever our favourite Italian by far. Can't wait til next time taking some friends. M V."

My husband and I have just come back from a wonderful Valentine meal at this restaurant. We have never had a duff meal and we would highly recommend.

really nice eating, pizza was wonderful and a generous portion of Italian meat to start. we had a fantastic espresso to finish it. would be highly recommended and will be visited again. they also make a child menu.

My friend and I had an amazing lasagne there for lunch and the chef was kind enough to make me some chips to curb my pregnancy craving even though they were not in the menu.I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back and try their pizzas when we can get a babysitter!

Our family have Just had a wonderful meal here tonight. Lovely food and great customer service. I can't fault what we had there. As is often the way, because it's tucked away it doesn't probably get the footfall of the High Street restaurants in Uckfield. But trust me people of Uckfield, you won't find better anywhere local, the pizzas are to die for. Simply wonderful

I would like to highly recommend Forno Antico restaurant in Uckfield. I have been there a few times with my family and the food has always been excellent. If you're looking for REAL pizza this is the place to go! Every time we have visited we have always been made to feel very welcome by the owner who always finds time to talk to us. He has a massive amount of pride and passion about his cooking and quote rightly so!

my daughter treated me here yesterday for birthday, and I can only say what a tasty bite is. fantastic eating and great friendly service from the two brothers. the Italian music in the background was a beautiful note that she put into a relaxed and happy mood. we really recommend this place and will definitely go back. more people should know about this place and try to eat. they will not be disappointed! many thanks to us xx

my man, dad and I had dinner here on Saturday night and were really impressed by eating, personal and atmosphere. it is the best to eat that we had outside of italia - amazing pizza, perfectly boiled pasta and a fantastic homemade tiramisu. the personal is very friendly. they are worth a visit! a suggestion that I would make, although- I was not even aware that they had opened in the city before seeing their flyer in the dry cleaner last week- they have a sign / a board on the road in front bell walk to help us cities know they are there and encourage more people to them? there must be many in the city that do not know that they are there and they really lack because their eating is fantasti...
