I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Fiskebar in Geneva. The female chef is doing wonders with so many delicious dishes. Will go back soon.

Great dinner place for your trip to Geneva! Incredible presentations and delicious food. Inside it was cozy and beautiful. I am surprised that this restaurant does not have a Michelin star, because I have visited restaurants with one or two Michelin stars and they weren’t that good. Great experience!

Great experience and great time for a special occasion. Better than most of the Michelin 1 star we had and probably one of the best gastronomic we had in Geneva. We're not fan of seafood but everything was tasty, creative and cozy without being posh. Service was also flawless, professional, sharp and kind. We'll be back Voir le carte

What an unforgettable, tasty and thoughtful provoking of dishes. They focus on sustainable dishes and preparation. Just, wow. The service is top animal and the flavors are something to explore. The place is beautiful and the atmosphere fits him. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop and if you are looking for a great cocktail, this is also your place.

Really amazing creative food by a superior and very creative chef the cod gnocchi dish was incredible in particular. The three small appetizers to start were very creative and tasty. The bread and butter were exceptional. The steak portion was very stingy (given the very high price) but the asparagus was good. The Rhône wine by the glass was excellent. The cheeses on the cheese plate were very bland and all tasted the same, but overall the food was excellent. Very strange and incredibly rude experience sitting down where we had agreed on a table but the person told us we had to sit elsewhere. The restaurant was highly recommended by a colleague that had already dined there. I decided to take my wife for our wedding anniversary and we were both really happy for this decision! It was a culinary experience of the highest order. We chose the 5-course Nordic Journey and were amazed by the quality, taste and creativity of the food (not to mention the wonderful presentation of the plates)! Everything was patiently explained to us by a very informative and polite staff, which added positively to the whole experience.
