I had been told in another restaurant (restaurant the fireplace) that it was impossible to eat roasted in pasquetta. making me pay 80€ without eating anything just because I had called to the local half an hour before blocking a table...which were only in the mountains and not in restaurants. . at the hardware store, not only did I find some very good roasts, but also everything else was of excellent quality, the owner was a treasure! very kind and helpful.
