"We were visiting Leeds for the weekend as our son has just started Uni there and he wanted to go somewhere 'special ' so we decided on Fazenda. Having spent much time in South America, we 've eaten at several Rodizio Churrascaria types of restaurant and love the selection of meats being brought to your table. Fazenda is located in the trendy Granary Wharf, below the arches of Leeds Station, the River Aire and the Leeds Liverpool Canal. It 's a very lively place with several bars, restaurants and a very modern Doubletree by Hilton Hotel. IT 's great to see the canal boats moored up for the night just opposite and top walk across the lock gates. Getting there is very easy we took an Uber and Fazenda occupies a very large space with a welcoming entrance. We 'd booked a table for 7pm and waited at the bar for a few minutes with a drink before being seated. We were shown to our table in a very spacious annexe of the main area and told that our server would be along soon to explain the process. Walking through the restaurant past the huge 'Market Table ' and seeing the smartly dressed 'pasadores ' carrying huge skewers of grilled meats and carving them at the tables was making me very hungry indeed! Basically, your server asks how you like the meats cooked initially, then you order the hot side dishes from their menu, serve yourself at the Market Table salads, seafood, cheeses, charcuterie, pasta, potato salad, vegetables, sauces etc. and all the time you 're seated and are displaying the green side of your double sided disc, the pasadores will offer you their selection of meats cooked how you requested and carve pieces at your table that you take with the tongs provided. They also bring sausages and chicken hearts which my son loves! Once you 've had enough, just turn your disc over to the red side and the 'll pass you by. Side dishes such as fries, baked potato with garlic mayo the best I 've ever had! , breads, rice, mushrooms are all included in the cost and their menu of popular Brazilian and Argentine dishes is extensive and it 'd take several visits to try them all! All I can say is that everything we ate was delicious and the quality of the ingredients and meats were exceptional easily as good as we 've had throughout Paraguay and Brazil. Their Porco Doce sweet pork collar with honey was just sublime, as was their Picana rump cap and I didn 't have a single disappointing mouthful. The selection on the Market Table buffet was also incredible with so much choice and so much attention to detail in the presentation. All of the staff were lovely, the pasadores particularly engaging and obviously proud of their offerings. It didn 't take long before we 'd turned our discs to red, although my son managed to keep going long after my wife and I could barely move. We were too full to try a dessert but the ones I saw other diners enjoying looked amazing. There was a great atmosphere throughout the place and the staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. One thing I noticed is that they didn 't seem to be short staffed at all despite being almost full to capacity on a Friday evening, which gave the servers more time to engage with the customers. It 's not cheap £48.50 a head for the full experience but for the quality of the food, the buzzing atmosphere, excellent service and the fact that you could really eat as much as you 're able to in the 2 hour slot makes it pretty good value. They do add a 12.5% 'suggested ' serving charge as well as a small donation to charity to the bill, which you can ask to be removed apparently. Seeing as they have so many staff that did an outstanding job, I feel it was reasonable. All in all, a great dining experience in a vibrant area of Leeds and I shall certainly look forward to my next visit!"

Went here with family to celebrate my nephews 16th birthday. I was blown away by the quality of the meat served, it was cooked to perfection (for me) really tender and not dry. Staff were fabulous and very friendly. Salad bar was excellent with large selection. I had Dulce de Leche Coulant for dessert, very nice but for me I'd have liked it a little sweeter. Will definitely be visiting this restaurant again.

The meat here has always been to die for, lots of choice cooked exactly how you prefer. Cap of Runp is always my favourite but the honeyed pork ran it a close second. Definitely one of the best buffets around, massive choice of cold dishes to-order hot ones. Service this time was a step above our previous visits; led by the wonderful Aleni, it was attentive without being obsequious, our glasses were never empty. This is a wonderful place.

Returned after a long absence. Excellent as ever. Went at lunchtime but just as good as in the evening and a bit cheaper. Addition of sides gives you even more of an excuse to overindulge. Felt quite ill from overeating when we got home. But in a good way. Wife agreed that it is something to do twice a year at most so as to do it justice. Staff were amazing and even comped us dessert as it was our anniversary. It’s a YES from me! Wholeheartedly recommend.

We have had great experiences here before but what a let down our most recent visit was. Many of the staff came across as rushed and not really interested in providing a good experience. The usual defence is but it was really busy , but as a Service Director I know that is never an acceptable excuse. While the salad bar and sides remain good, the meats on this visit felt to be quite poor, with a lot of spoil and gristle. I pushed aside about half the meat I was served, which was really disappointing. The cocktails, too, felt uninspired, and were served in small glasses. To cap a wonderful evening, when we asked for the dessert menus, somebody kindly told us they wanted the table back in 20 m...

I’m a massive fan of Fazenda, but this visit really disappointed us. As the most upmarket Rodizio experience available, we’ve always been excited to take the trip from our home of Derby to Leeds to experience the opulence of the Fazenda Experience. Unfortunately, it’s now become both expensive for what it is, and in our opinion taking liberties with customers. £48.50 for a Saturday evening per person is now extortionate especially as all you get is Beef. We asked numerous times for other cuts of meat and did manage to get a slice of the Lamb rump as a last ditch attempt after asking for something else other than the numerous cuts of Beef which basically taste the same. Whilst the menu boasts...

We used to come here quite frequently before Covid but some how got out of the habit of going into the city centre. Whilst the 'mess ' with the road network being created by the council meant we had to get a taxi rather than drive, we were keen to return here. We were pleased to see that the salad bar had returned as I understand it was removed during restrictions and not re-instated for some time. A few improvements have been introduced including the ability to order side dishes. In the past we did not always receive chips as we were bypassed but this is overcome by the ordering system which is great. As always the service was good, although the servers only seemed to acknowledge our reques...

"My son expressed his desire for a restaurant that wasn't too fancy or too casual. It's always a challenge to gather grown-up sons for celebrations when they are spread out, especially when you're unfamiliar with the restaurants in Leeds. After scrolling for hours and exchanging options, we finally settled on Gallery 41, which happened to have a 20% off deal on all food for certain days in November - perfect for N's birthday. After a long journey and a chilly afternoon at Kirkstall Abbey, we were ready to eat, and boy, did we eat well. The olives were a hit with my sons and husband, while the garlic bread was described as some of the best they'd ever had. The Skin Fries were a crowd favorite, so much so that we almost fought over the last ones. The main dishes were equally impressive, with the meat eaters raving about the Spiced Pepperoni and the Vegetarian option wowing my husband. I couldn't resist the Florentina pizza, a personal favorite of mine. Dessert was a hit as well, with everyone indulging in their sweet tooth. The atmosphere at Gallery 41 was perfect for our family gathering - quiet, cozy, and conducive to good conversation. The staff were attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I look forward to returning with the rest of my family and indulging in more of Gallery 41's delicious offerings. In the end, it's the simple things like family, good food, and quality time together that truly matter. Thank you, Gallery 41, for a wonderful dining experience."
