"italian'? Not really... Good food? Only if you have the lowest of the standards... Friendly staff? Only if you are a hardcore masochist... We ended up by accident to Fanelli's and to say we were not impressed would be an understatement! I cannot recall one...menu item which was actually tasty or worth its money. The pizza was soogy and the mushroom risoto so full of huge pieces of garlic that I was so disgusted I had to send it back. Dreadful quality of pasta and overall ingredients with little reference to real Italian receipes. I am not sure if the food or the staff was the worst part of the experince... So rude, inpolite and slow. Truth to be told, the place was understaffed but that is not an excuse to be rude to a group of ten people who will leave you a substantial amount of money. Any positive review about this place makes me loose faith in humanity."

they refused to leave blank to give me a voucher I bought just because it was canceled because of covid! no debt of my own! and when I contacted them to ask that they were rude!

Food was really nice but just nice Italian food. Nothing that blew me away. Great service and a lovely location. We had Amatriciana pasta and spicy sausage pizza. Great portion size.

we have recently served with friends for a late lunch. personal pleasant and helpful, attentive service and nothing too much annoying. eating was also very good and good portions. beautiful atmosphere and we look forward to the return.

during the pandemic moved to lunch with my daughter. only one more diner in restaurant. solitary waitress was one of the best service staff I met in recent years very attentive and efficient without being obtrusiw. menu is quite simple, but the prices were greatly reduced and the food quality was ok. the atmosphere on the merchant square is very bright and airy, and also during the pandemic there is a beautiful shimmer over it. the location deserves a lot more restaurant trading. negatiw was that there were no towels (the washtish said that had forgotten to change the donator) and the electric hand dryer did not work. I'm sorry! bad to the best times, but during a pandemic. !
