unfortunately we had a serviceman with very unfriendly behavior. not only unfriendly, but even stupid and noisy. after this experience, nothing of the meal was good to eat. the given brot seemed to come from days before. beer was ok

a really nice spot earth - right on the elbe. here you can take various simple diners or drink. perfect also for rugged to put in a stop and to strengthen yourself briefly. who likes the ferry rides directly at the ufer to get to the other elb side to the new city.

the ferry garden is good to reach with the radl or to the foot from dresden, right next door offers a ferry the possibility to translate to the other elbufer. the beer garden takes up a quite extensive areal, which (if not fully filled) seemed somewhat untreated and bleak on us. but there is a beautiful view of the elbe and the dresdner silhouette. the snack bare smelled like old roast fat and the (usual beer garden dishes) did not look really appetizing. still a nice location for a few beers in a nice atmosphere.

.we were looking for a beer garden, which was on our way and came past the ferry garden johannstadt.The beer garden is located directly on the elbradweg and thus also directly on the elbe. So it is great and at sunshine you can hardly imagine a better chat. Eating and drinking is as you can imagine in the beer garden. it has tasted, prices are average.Besides there is a beautiful playground for the children...Only at the bottom of the sitting possibilities in the beer garden you could put something out.We were the first time here.We liked it and we will come back safely.

we actually wanted to make a nice - relaxing - break from driving on the elberadweg. had also left some other inviting localities on the stretch right - or left - to enjoy once in the ferry garden the beer, the coffee and more.The first stress started when buying the drinks and spices (we were too two - my wife was at the table, I was on the tresen:) I ordered everything - there said to me the cassier: sorry to buy the same drink! there was also no chance to negotiate; (so I confessed twice that eating was not cold for happiness, since it took some time (the pommes were fresh - the currywurst apparently from the morning). Then we wanted to enjoy everything - there was a sound-mechanical band...

the johannstadter ferry garden is a fixed size in summer. situated directly on the ferry on the elbwiesen we always ventilate at 35° in the shade. you sit under trees, pavillons or who likes in the sun and enjoys the view and ( hopefully) the society. the ideal spot for friends (with and without children). as in many beer gardens also applies here itself is the man/wife. To drink there is a selection of different beer (my favorite is the natural bee guss) and weep and naturally alcohol-free like limos, juices and water. no one has to starve at the grill and the frittenbude there is a selection of simple and inexpensive dressed and also knabbereien to the beer are included.
