Thank you for the absolutely fantastic evening. The menu with exclusively local products was really great. But the menu with products from all over the world was also a pleasure. Top class! Each dish is a work of art, both visually and taste-wise. Particularly impressive are the many small before and after courses, which were celebrated with rarely experienced perfection. The starters were a bit too heavy on caviar for us, but this was immediately corrected perfectly. Very interesting wine pairing. Most perfect service. Kid-friendliness: The wishes and needs of our 12-year-old daughter were also perfectly addressed and very competent advice was given.

we were overwhelmed. a joyful exploration for eye and gamen are the two 6- and 8-course menus that were celebrated here. kochedip sigl personally came to the tables of the guests to ask about their well-being. also the rest of the team was super friendly and helpful and explains to us that the vascherin cheese on espuma, the blueberries fermented, the sensation of face in the most shocking fish bubble was a chiemsee or how the olive dust was produced. the Michelin star is safe in the house
