Loved this place, amazing food at reasonable prices with friendly service. We had 8 people in for a work meal and the quality of the food across the board was great.

Esearn Kheaw in London serves the most delicious and authentic Thai food. Every time I try a different Thai restaurant, I am always left disappointed, wishing that the flavors were just as amazing as they are at Esearn Kheaw.

Delicious food, friendly service, good priced food. Booked this based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Food was really really good! Cooked to order and far better than any chain restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The food was okay, i wouldnt say it was great, it was rather average at best and truth be told i make nicer thai food at home, definetly not a place i would recomend or a place i would visit again. It was at least reasonable in cost.

Best Som Tum packed a real punch of and fermented fish. The rest of the dishes weren’t to my liking the sausage was not enjoyable or the laab. Chicken liver was average and missed the mark. Overall it was nice to try some new northeastern Thai dishes.

I would rate it 3.75 stars. It may be old-fashioned, but that doesn't detract from its charm. This local restaurant offers quality Thai meals reminiscent of the 1990s, along with affordably priced wine at £15 per bottle. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices are fair. I plan on visiting again, although it's not a place for cutting-edge cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

After returning from Hong Kong 25 years ago we were very keen to find a good Thai restaurant and Esarn Kheaw was one of the best we could find at the time. The dining experience was rather undermined by a very grumpy waiter and eventually we stopped dining there but, recently, decided to give it another go. This time the staff were much more pleasant and the food the best Thai we have had in our Chiswick neighbourhood. Mei Krob is on the menu, which we have never found elsewhere. It wasn't quite as good as we recollect form 25 years ago but still worth repeating and probably the best in our neighbourhood.

Esarn Kheaw is a popular Thai restaurant in Shepherds Bush that has been serving authentic Northeastern Thai cuisine for over 30 years. The restaurant is small and cozy with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive, always happy to suggest dishes to guests. The food is freshly made to order and the flavors are deliciously authentic. The menu offers a wide variety of Northeastern Thai dishes such as som tam, larb, and khao soi. Our starters, stuffed wings and spring rolls, were perfect. First time eating here. (We were staying in Keywest hotel, a 20 minute walk away. We had a warm welcome and service was good all evening. We deliberately chose unfamiliar starters and mains from an authentic and wide ranging menu. Drinks were not so adventurous and we would have liked to have seen a couple more Thai beers on here. Wine prices were very fair. We shared crispy noodles with scrambled tofu for starters a little too sweet and dry for our taste. Also a bamboo shoot salad that was very well flavoured, and with an afterkick kick beer at hand for this one. I wished we had gone for soups too I really regret not trying them such a selection.
