Lovely place and the staff were very accommodating to a vegan in our group and adapted a recipe on the menu to suit. Have been here for lunch before and it was great for that too. Great for a friends get together on a Friday night. Will definitely visit again.

Initial problems when trying to book so was glad when I found some availability through your site. I'd initially enquired about brunch and was told the restaurant was full all day (mothers day) when we arrived it was very quiet. Only 2 other tables in. Great service. Great food. Couldn't fault any dish we tried on the afternoon tea tapas menu. Great coffee too. Been here for brunch before. Will definitely be back. Voir le carte

The food was OK but far too expensive for what it was. The restaurant is situated in a busy part of huddersfield with ambulances often blaring past and busy traffic outside, obviously this cannot be helped but it did impact the ambiance. My partner and I were the only people in the restraint (we visitors at Friday at 6pm) and ended up spending over £50 and still leaving hungry and unsatisfied. I would not recommend.

I loved this place the first time I've been just for some light bites. I visited it again with some friends last Sunday for lunch. Food is very good, but I found it very expensive. We all did. We were three people, had 2 beers and 1 water to drink, nachos and mac&cheese balls to share and 3 sandwich steaks. The price was around 30£ each, which I honestly found expensive. I like the place but think if the price was a bit cheaper it would be better value for money.

excellent quality eating. it will take some visits to process the optimal number to order 2 or 3 small plates or 1 and 1 large etc.) the price will affect the last combo. we had two small and one big. a small plate was ribbed with three cooked chips. delicious. great value. the other small plate was makrele scampi, which at £10.50 for 6 pieces was a bit on the expensive side and saw small also on a small plate! needs salat or sweet. my big plate was a burger absolutely delicious. only a small point: the prices on the menu were not clear, there was a dot in the middle of the zero, so the £10.50 scampi looked like it cost me £18.50! which would not have been good and at a tenner it was the upp...
