"We went to celebrate a birthday/dinner at El Rancho on a Saturday evening (with a reservation). Unfortunately, when we arrived we discovered that our table (for 12 people) had been set up in an L-shape. I found this a great shame, but I could have overlooked it if the rest had been right. Our order was only taken once at our table the entire evening. If we wanted drinks or anything else afterwards, we literally had to force the waiter on us, even though there was always one or more on our floor. But even then they only barely took the order from the person who called. In general, the waiting times were also very long, we waited around 30 minutes for the bill. On the positive side, the food was really good. But unfortunately that was just a drop in the ocean. I will definitely not go there again in such a situation."

Essen war ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Leider die Vorspeiseplatte zu kalt! Service lausig, ewiges warten zum bestellen, gefolgt vom abräumen und beim bezahlen!

Service is really miserable. Cheeky and unmotivated. The waiter had glasses fall to the floor several times and his only answer was: was it you or me... oh now my boss is coming, he saw it... So unprofessional, sorry..

I have to admit... it was very delicious. You could see that it was freshly cooked. It was really awesome that we ordered something there for the first time and it certainly won't be the last time. A big bravo and thank you for the delicious meal

the delivery arrived on time (I had preordered for 12 o'clock, around 11.55 he was there.) unfortunately the quesadillas were delivered instead of with bark meat, with poulet. it was delicious anyway and there was a free dessert! the tiramisu were super good!

The waiters, tired and incompetent...very low level...for a very simple order for two people (two drinks, two starters and two main courses they made mistakes several times and in the end, the total calculation was done on the calculator from a private cell phone...and of course not fair, so I threw my six francs in the trash again (unfortunately I noticed that already far from this ridiculous restaurant ...otherwise the dishes are not bad.. but never again :
