"Veramente speciale... dal locale alla cucina!!! Consiglio vivamente di provare spt quando ci sono le serate dedicate a qualche cibo o bevanda in particolare come quella della Birra del Birrificiofilodilana dove tutto è stato buonissimo. Spero che ve ne saranno delle altre!!!!!"

"ottimo ristorante nel cuore del varallo pombia. appena arrivato non si può fare senza essere colpito dalla pittoresca posizione panoramica in cui si trova il locale. all'interno dell'arredamento è caldo e accogliente, in perfetto stile rustico. c'è una bella zona all'aperto coperta da un grande baldacchino dove si può cenare nelle calde notti estive. se il ristorante è molto bello e suggestivo, le proposte sul menu sono ancora migliori. ogni piatto è un perfetto esempio di cucina locale, a partire dal leggendario pinaco una carrellata di 15 piatti tipici tra affettati e freddi assolutamente da provare. il menu offre molti piatti di terra che esaltano prodotti locali come funghi porcini, tartufi e gorgonzola. chi ama il pesce avrà l'opportunità di ottenere il primo del mare piuttosto che la griglia mista e più. eravamo così soddisfatti che non siamo riusciti a ottenere il dessert, ma affilare la vista abbiamo potuto notare sugli altri tavoli montagne di palle di gelato servite con ciotole di vari ingredienti come il cioccolato e la frutta. in conclusione, ci sono molti posti bellissimi, ma molto pochi come questo sanno combinare la qualità dei piatti, la gentilezza del personale, la bellezza della posizione e non ultima versatilità del menu che rende il posto ideale sia per una grande occasione che per una serata tranquilla tra amici. peccato essere in grado di dare solo 5 stelle! "great I have been with the family for a weekend .the rooms were especially appreciated by our children with that mezzanine.. very nice also to be able to park in front of the room in American style. . The dinner was great and the abundant and cured portions with a very kind and smiling room service as we like. . They put us at ease.. the entrance with the gate has its charm... plentiful breakfast and also the very beautiful predisposed room..I recommend it. . excellent value for money. We hope we can go back to see the pool in operation. ..consciously"

"we were greeted by an extremely courteous and professional girl, unfortunately I do not remember the name (but perhaps she knows, we were those of the salt of maldon) that throughout the evening has spoiled us with her smile, which although hidden from the mask, was however visible and perceptible. definitely a fundamental asset not to be missed. Equally true of dishes, excellent meat and cooked to perfection. We didn't try pizza, but we would do it very soon. Thank you so much for the wonderful evening."
