"As a big fan of real Mexican food (not Tex Mex so I was happy to find this place when they first opened. Since then, they have never disappointed! I've read some recent reviews that surprised me since I'm a fairly regular customer and I've never...had a bad experience there and last night was no exception. Best on the rocks with salt margaritas in town, guacamole is always fresh and delicious, tacos are great (watch out the stuffed jalapeno special taco is a sizzler! and their salsas are a must all in a friendly and colourful atmosphere. There is also is a little shop section where you can buy some authentic gastronomic goodies (like their amazing corn tortillas! . COVID has hit all of us hard, and especially small businesses and restaurants like El Catrin. For them and for people like me who love Mexican food put them on your list of places to go to you won't regret it! And if you’re not going out yet, you can even get all the parts of your tacos to go so you can build them and feast at home!"

Amazing place, great service, Jennifer and Ari were very kind and helpful with order recommendations and on accidentally getting the wrong order replaced it for us. The guacamole and sweet potato taquitos dorado is a must try.

Thank you to El Catrin, we had our works Christmas meal last night and it was great! From the easy organising, great food and drinks, lovely and patient service as well as a great price all 24 of us were happy customers. One to highly recommend in Geneva.

Best mexican food in the whole Europe! 98% accurate taste with ambiance 100% mexican run by real mexicans and not spanish, americans or southamerican like many others or even asians (like el sombrero of Brighton) totally recommended by this mexican who knows her food very well!! Voir le carte

I was at the Catrín a few weeks ago and I just can say that as a mexican girl living abroad this is one of the best restaurants in Europe that I've tried!!! Fresh high quality ingredients (hard to find in Switzerland), awesome margaritas, great service and real mexican atmosphere!!

Tacos are too smal, quality is normal but price is excesive for the little portions... all you have to paid apart, totopos, guacamole, all... dissapointed and I wont recomended this place. When this restaurant started years ago, you had the option of 3 tacos and...they were served with guacamole and totopos... Now you have only an option, all separate and expensive. We left the restaurant with sensation it was a apero and not a dinner! When you do the remarck to the server the only answer is order more!!! ohh yes, you spent 100 CHF for tapas??? nothing sophisticated and not courmet cuisine... The place is noisy and musique is too loud
