"Edited review because last time the food wasn't good. The seasonal menu included venison goulash with dumplings and Schäufele. The dumplings were a heavy, uncooked dough, the meat was dry, the sauce was thin. Schäufele like the day before, warmed up. It's a shame because it wasn't cheap. They are willing to pay more than in other restaurants, but not like this. Great menu, good food, good quality and modern as well as good middle class in the mix. Brilliant and friendly service too, gladly again. Thumbs up!"

"Unfortunately, no one else would like to report on this location, but since several visits had been made in the meantime, I will do this again after 9 months in order to maintain the current performance. Apparently, the Westerwald is acting faithfully with the motto “The enjoyer enjoys and swept”. Because at weekends, at other times I haven't been here yet, the shop is well visited. Both from locals on foot and from strangers, there are many buddies that keep in mind the moppeds. I am looking for a place in the sun at one of the quite well visited outdoor tables in excellent weather on the day of German unity. The chief in the service, as far as I can judge, welcomes me friendly and accommodating. He knows that I normally choose the Pinot Grigio, but he recommends another dry white, Italian natural, and of course a little more expensive. It is a good recommendation, unfortunately at first somewhat too cold as that the full taste could develop. And a new young fairy of the service squad puts only glass and carafe on the table. The guest may be admitted, but since I am neither eating nor drinking, it is one of the easier exercises. The boss picks up the order in time, a large pizza is desired, correct demand for the right size, because “big” means the middle category here, i.e. 9 €. The supply of the eating tools is effected by the service-oldest service power, which naturally asks the question whether a spoon is desired due to lack of information. As pizza is ordered, it's rather unusual, but she can't know that, can she? The reaction to my comment is cool, so everything in the green area. My order today: 0.25 l Roero Arneis 5 € 1 large pizza San Marco 9 € Despite a good holiday visit, my pizza will be served after just 15 minutes, on a white plate with a raised edge that will certainly prevent slipping. The pizza is crispy, even in the middle, has very nice pepp through the peperoni sausage and onions. On the other hand, the scattered minced meat lumps are rather mild. Like the golden autumn sun on this holiday the egg radiates in the middle. I am quite satisfied with my choice and like to give 4 stars. It also gets the service, because in this performance class, speed and friendliness are trump. The ambience on the large square is liked under high trees when you laugh the sun in the face. The view is selected according to the selection. I prefer to look at the old church and the sun in the face. The PLV remains as an important criterion. For today's offer I call it good for 4 stars. Oh, yeah, I'll be back."

A warm welcome paired with attentive and always accommodating service. The quality of food always at the top level and speak for itself. A special tip are the Nepalese weeks, a culinary highlight for the kneeling down : We look forward to the next visit, please keep going!!!"
