I only booked one table here to find that res truant is no longer open. I received a confirmation text on the day before attempted to contact them but no answer. really disappointed with the EDs dinner and open table.

We booked the 30th December for the New Year Eve at 10.15pm When we arrived around 9.45pm, it was already closed. No information sent by SMS nor email The day after (the 1st of January) we wanted to give them a new change. We arrived at 4.30pm and they were closing. So don 't recommend at all this restaurant

Disappointed is an understatement I booked a table for new years eve which bear in mind the website let me book to get to the restaurant all the way in Soho for it to be CLOSED my children were so disappointed and were near enough crying this is their fave restaurant imagine trying to find somewhere else to dine I'm NYE avsloute joke we will not be coming back here !! Great service, a little bit of a squeeze to get everyone in and you will most likely be sat next to a stranger. But great atmosphere (a bit loud and frantic so not ideal for a romantic date perfect for a good bit of grub before theatre etc. All staff were friendly and happy considering how frantic they all were! Also most importantly the food was delicious! Overall I’d recommend :

booked a week in advance to say to the diner that they did not write when they were closed in two days to be told to wait, and we will be pressed around the cash in 20 minutes, and they were only cash! it was so loud in there not happy when we then rushed and had to find somewhere else before our musical started! let me book a ed’s diner again, kamnon recommended by my sister who visited a ed’s before! to squeeze people, it was ridiculous that it was so hot in there and people could not talk to each other! or have a personal space

I booked a table I noticed another family had also booked a table. There are no tables in the restaurant and they do not accept bookings!!! Both bookings had been done through this app. The restaurant is closing forever. It is reopening as a chicken place. There was one bar area around the cooking area. Two staff upstairs and one washing the dishes downstairs. Staff were excellent. No small bowls in the diner staff apologised. No freakshakes just milkshakes (tasted strongly of milk). No light in one of the toilets other toilet was dirty. Staff were coping amazingly with limited resources. Shame on Eds Diner for not supporting them. It was closing in five days.
