"Ok,let’s get things straight.Cockroaches don’t have to mean the place is dirty. I was here for the food on recommendation, and I was so so disappointed. The staff are welcoming however the food isn’t. I went for a salad to start, very watery and far too much lettuce. For main I had a curry and asked for it extra hot.As well as being like they’d left the tap on it(so watery)there wasn’t any kick to it at all.Considering their top end price tag I was expecting far greater quality. My advise: Avoid, look elsewhere or go to a supermarket and buy a commercial Thai dish,I’m sure it will be far far tastier. In a nutshell: Poor quality and overpriced."

The food at this restaurant is wonderful, served quickly and at a reasonable price. Although there was a slight mix-up with our order, I would gladly return for another meal.

We stumbled across Eat Thai on Just Eat and it was fabulous! Great curry and pad Thai. A word of caution if you don't like spicy food as the pork salad was very hot although delicious. We will be ordering again.

Can’t comment on the food, ordered through justeat , website states that it’s open tonight (Tuesday) waited for confirmation of my order 55 minutes later my order was canceled with no explanation why I tried calling over a dozen times but got no answer. Voir le carte

Just had a takeaway delivered it was awful. All the food was like cardboard. We ordered fish cakes to start they were like rubber. The chips weren’t cooked properly. We ordered a duck dish there was 4 pieces of duck in there. Not nice food at all would never order again.

During a visit to see relatives near Doncaster for a rugby match between Doncaster and Newport, my group stumbled upon a small yet welcoming Thai cafe. The service was friendly and efficient, the portions were generous and the food was delicious. We were even allowed to bring in our own drinks.

Terrible customer service! Half of the food was delivered after waiting for an hour and a half, and then half of it was missing. We were told to warm up the rest in the microwave until the rest finally arrived. This is unacceptable. Do not order from this restaurant if you want to eat together. It was a huge disappointment once again. Voir le carte

"The welcome we received was pleasant, although not very personal, and our details were not checked, which was surprising considering how difficult it was to secure a reservation. The restaurant is not licensed, so guests are welcome to bring their own drinks. My husband and I brought two bottles of champagne, but we were not offered an ice bucket and were given standard wine glasses instead of flutes. The food was served promptly, starting with an amuse bouche of butternut squash veloute with a creamy accompaniment served in egg boxes. The chef explained the dish himself, and it was delicious. The second course, an aged rice dish reminiscent of a soupy risotto flavored with parmesan and espresso, was my least favorite. I found it poorly presented and the coffee flavor didn't come through well. The third course, a beautifully cooked lamb cutlet finished on a barbecue outside, was accompanied by flavorful lentils. However, the broccoli that came with it was plain and could have used some additional flavor. The dish was not explained to us. The fourth dish, which I initially thought was eel, turned out to be smoked eel and was served with beetroot. This was one of my favorite dishes of the night. We were served two desserts: a warm chocolate foam with orange sorbet and a deconstructed rhubarb custard with pink meringue pieces, both of which were delicious. The bill was not presented to us, so we followed the lead of other guests who left cash on the table as they left. My husband had a nice chat with the chef, and I joined in after a visit to the restroom. The chef was very knowledgeable and skilled with flavors. Overall, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of personality in presenting and explaining each dish. The experience felt somewhat impersonal and lacked interest. I believe guest interaction is crucial, so my tip would be for the restaurant to take the time to engage with guests, even if it means spending less time in the kitchen. I did not give a perfect score due to the presentation and slightly underwhelming flavors in some dishes. I believe that in fine dining, every element of the dish should be bursting with flavor. Despite this, we had an enjoyable evening and would return if we are able to secure a reservation."
