"I count happy that I have this place as my visit to indian takeaway when I visit my parents in altrincham. and I say that as the one who grew up with an experienced chef in the family (my mother) and eat from Indian restaurants once to twice a week in london. eating is authentic, delicious, fresh and very high quality. Yesterday we ordered the Karahi-Puwn, the Discktikka, some naans and the Aloo-Gobi. the Karahi-Puwn was raised, although we only demanded the standard Puwns, they were much larger than I expected, and the accompanying sauce had wonderful deep and taste. paneer tikka was soft and had been carved in the tandoor for perfection. naans were fluffy and light. only the aloo gobi was something under the par, but when I returned the next day for another order and told them they were extremely sensitive and gracious in the way they treated my feedback. Actually, I would say that the employees here are consistently more polite, professional and customer-focused than any takeaway facility I have visited. I can't be alone in this view as if I visit, they seem to have a lot of local regulars they know well. a must go to the destination if they have excellent Indian food at a very reasonable price for the opposite. PS fish lovers must try the fishnial (stand out court)."

One of the worst Indian meals I’ve ever not (in this case) eaten. One taste and into the bin. Cold rice, soggy pappadoms, tasteless bhuna, sugar in the korma, sag aloo tasteless. A waste of £32.90.

Please check before ordering, if you order from the websites menu it's about 20% cheaper than you will be charged when you go to collect your order. As they say its not been updated and its not the new menu .So your given a new menu and guess what!! that's wrong by 10%. When you pay for your food , make sure your being charged correctly. As for the food, it was very bland .. had no flavour and definitely won't be ordering from here again.
