"they can say it in a set, but even if we have just come to lunch, I want to write a few extra sets. long weekends of the sky for most people, and in time for these free days the early bird was exploded in the munsterland, otherwise it cannot be expressed. my wife and I wanted to use the free days to drive the bikes to a two-day tour in the western part of the dunes and the Dutch achterhoek. on the day of the sky we drove out, with the general orientation southwest, our day's destination should be the village Twin-Rock, right at the Dutch border in the nature reserve Twin-Bronker venn with its (no sweat) flamingokolonie. on the way, over the road network, we were looking for a possibility to return in the opposite of the village alstätte in the middle of the day. alstätte is a small town south of gronau. we received a very attractive place with a healthy village inn to visit the church not less than 3 very well visited guesthouses. after taking into account the possibilities of return we decided to the village innkeeperhof wissing, as its terrace was best aligned in view of sunshine. a second ground for the return was the lovingly designed and decorated outer. at the latest when madame discovered that the roses decorative tablecloths that had fallen decision. a look into the suspended map made me nod. we found a small table right on the outside wall of the gas house, for my wife in the sun, for my waving summer sprouts the other half of the bank in the shadow (I had already had some sunburn.) the cards were with a service power, later she found out that the leader of the service truppet, swollen and my question after the wine card with the note that I found the matching. the card made joy and regretted that we only wanted to return to a small lunch. also for a menu this card would have made joyful. small things like the explicitly made sauce hollandaise to go out a kitchen with a claim hope. the selection was accordingly difficult, we had to drive a few dozen kilometers and did not want to eat too much. Finally we stayed in the spatel and baked there in a part of bar-saving gel in a crêpes with sauce hollandaise, with in-house laughs and a sweet potato pure. we were served a very appetizing dish in stylized fish form. the economic itself perfectly cooked, still with sufficient, an almost orange sauce hollandaise to it, very buttrig. a high point of the marinated salmon, which was served on the point glassy, although the sauce hollandaise was congratulated to the crests. The lady on the telephone had to ask her chef if it was possible, so we where surprised that there where only other tables occupied, but later on that...evening a group of persons arrived; it was the reason we almost became no table, because the owner is a perfectionist and wants to keep everything in her hands. i slept in the golf hotel nearby and after a super jogging i was starving but looking for a german style food. So i decided to avoid the hotel's restaurant and i've tried to pick some ideas in the area. In reality there was not...so much to pick....this was the one with the highest number of reviews and finally i took decision of trying it. I arrived around bit late and tables busy. I felt little bit embarrassed and strange as not speaking in german too. In reality i found a hugging smile once in and a super funny girl(the owner) which we finally ended drinking some beers together. As food i had a proper schnitzel with oven potatoes.
