"Comida at Dorado Restaurant in La Pineda, today. The service was perfect, 5 stars. From the entradas to postres, all the food was perfectly prepared, and it looked good on the plate even before I tasted any of it. I'm really happy to say that the kitchen is cooking with olive oil from my finca Cardinal West in Ginestar. They use a lot of aceite, and we only had a few liters to sell. However, I'm so pleased that they like our oil.
