"Parlo per piacere personale e devo dire che mi è piaciuto tutto. Ero con la mia famiglia e abbiamo mangiato la pizza e mi è piaciuto tanto, alto telaio e buoni ingredienti. In totale eravamo in sei persone e abbiamo preso le pizze per bere acqua e bevande, due dolci e quattro caffè. In breve, una buona esperienza che faremo volentieri. Consiglio di andare e provare di persona."

"very good burger, only bad what the price. the burger itself costs 8,90€ but with sparkling water (punished not even in bottle,) chips that I did not want and I am still frozen inside, I paid with covered 17.50€ because it made me the discount otherwise would be 18,90€. price practically doubled. the sandwich was delicious, very peeled chips, the water hates the purified and at absurd prices, if you give me tap water you can not make me pay as a bottle. besides the fact that I don't trust and hate to find it at the table without it being explicitly written on the menu, rather I order a beer. I'm probably coming back, but the chips don't thank you for that price and freeze."

"The environment is really very nice and cool. The kitchen is of good quality: the raw materials used are better than in other restaurants in the same category. Cocktails are well made. But the most foolish note of the Indian Soul Café is the service: staff a little disregarded in taking orders, a lot of confusion in bringing dishes to the table, and unjustified delays: we waited more than an hour from the order to the arrival of the dishes. I understand that probably the number of people who serve at the table is not enough to cover both bar and restaurant; but it is a shame to spoil what has good this exercise, considering that you can improve with little effort. However I will return, because it is still a suitable place for an evening with friends... hoping the service is more efficient!"

"Cibo: 5 stelle. Materia prima di alta qualità ben lavorata. Pizze gustose, certamente di gran lunga superiori alla media. Era da tempo che non mi recavo in uno dei locali di questa catena e sono stato ben contento di riscontrare che lo standard qualitativo é mantenuto abbastanza alto Servizio: 4 stelle. Non attribuisco il massimo punteggio perché, purtroppo, riscontro ancora che nei locali che fanno parte delle catene (qualsiasi brand) il rapporto col cliente si mantiene troppo distaccato e non personalizzato, seppur con educazione. Si fa ancora fatica nel comprendere che ogni cliente, nessuno escluso, si auto-percepisce come speciale e come tale vuole essere trattato. Per cui, resta un po' deluso quando si sente considerato alla stregua di chiunque altro. I gestori degli esercizi di ristorazione dovrebbero tenerne conto se vogliono fidelizzare il cliente. Ambiente: 3 stelle. Il locale é molto ampio e, quindi, il livello di rumore si mantiene alto. Inoltre, i tavoli sono abbastanza addensati e si subisce passivamente le conversazioni altrui. Suggerimento a chi gestisce il locale: aumentate l'aria tra un tavolo e l'altro. Percepire più spazio intorno a sé quando si mangia é senza dubbio un fattore che mette più a proprio agio i clienti. Nel complesso, la valutazione media che attribuisco é 4 stelle e tornerò volentieri a gustare l'alta qualità delle pizze"
