Desco Lounge - Carte

Staff is nice and so is the decoration. A lot of the foods ok but a few items are poor. Service is slow and barcodes on tables don't often work.

Went after the cinema because we fancied cocktails Desco didn't disappoint!! Food really good too, cheeky Monday offer well worth coming down for, great night at Desco!

Desco is always a good place to meet friends for a coffee in Shirley. Have popped in several times during the summer for coffees and drinks and have been welcomed by staff, served quickly and enjoyed the Desco experience. Voir le carte

I went for brunch at this restaurant and the food was fantastic. It was my first time here and I was impressed with the extensive menu selection. The sweet potato fries were especially delicious. I would definitely like to come back here again.

I had never been to this restaurant before, so my sister and I decided to stop by for breakfast while out shopping. The food was delicious, fresh, and hot, and the drinks were just as good. We were attended to by two different ladies who were polite and friendly.

The service at this restaurant was friendly. However, the poached eggs were only slightly warm and served on a small bagel with salmon, which seemed overpriced at £10. Additionally, they did not offer decaf coffee. We sat upstairs where we noticed that the mirrors on the walls were dirty. Our party of eight a great time here on cheeky Monday after seeing Barbie! Only fancied a cocktail but wound up staying for food and more cocktails. We’d not been able to come to Desco for a while and are kicking ourselves now! A real bargain with the Monday offer which goes a long way at the minute, and our whole group had a brilliant evening. Staff were lovely and really made the experience for us. Great to see one of Parkgate’s staples thriving!

I’m still dreaming of the food I had there today!!! So nice, everything was cooked to perfection. Service was impeccable. The people that work here are so lovely, especially a beautiful, tall, blonde lady whose name we didn’t catch but who showed us to our table then when her shift had ended we were still eating she checked in with us to make sure we were happy before she left to collect her children. Thank you so much the food service was incredible plus the massive selection of soft drinks was really appealing.

I would NOT recommend going to the Desco Lounge in Shirley unless you like to pay to be sworn at and be treated with aggression by the serving staff which is condoned by management. Terrible evening went to meet our friend who is back in the UK after moving to Spain. Employee/server, Jack pictured above, swore at my husband calling him a p k because he asked if he could sit at the sofa area as you come in. The incident was reported to the General Manager (GM) Rob, who agreed that the behaviour was unacceptable and inappropriate. Rob refused to provide surnames claiming it is not company policy. However, Jack came to our table following our discussion with Rob and was verbally was aggressive... Voir le carte
