"This restaurant next to the city hall in the old town is one of the many “fondue” places, the national dish by excellence… and everybody has their own best place. The spirit of the “fondue” is sharing and having fun with family or friends. With the internationalization, these fondue places also offer a “Chinese” version, besides the traditional cheese or the French “Bourguignon” with meat. The cheese fondue is usually a mix of Vacherin and Gruyere, dry white wine and a drop of kirsh poured into a cast iron pan scrubbed with garlic. With the cheese, potatoes and bread, it’s definitively a heavy meal and I recommend ordering a fresh salad on the side. The best part of the fondue is called locally “la religieuse” (unknown origin), when a thin crispy crust of cheese remains on the bottom of the cast iron pan. I ordered a tasty cheese fondue with morels together with a small plate of local cold cuts, a salad and a pitcher of white Fendant wine. A nice sorbet and a glass of pear alcohol were welcome to help the digestion. Traditional pine wooden décor and friendly service, what counts is the atmosphere."

Beware of the up-sell and asking for a tip (not customary in Switzerland). We had fondue which was good.

Highly recommended gem of a restaurant. I had a beautiful steak cooked to my taste at a low price. Great friendly staff. Voir le carte

Excellent cheese fondue and white wine served in a tiny restaurant with seating outside in a pedestrianized cobbled street. Great quality and good portions. The choice of beers is disappointing, just cooking lager.

Superb! Very yummy! Good service! Fondue and steak were delicious! Outdoor seating is possible. When cheese was low the waiter took the pan to scrap the most yummy part of the cheese from the bottom! Wow! Good place!

This little restaurant was a pleasant find as we just wanted a straight forward no fuss meal. My husbands steak in butter sauce with fresh vegetables and chips was delicious and my prawn curry with rice was very good. All washed down with a simple bottle of red wine. Very straight forward and service with a smile! Voir le carte

I stopped into Restaurant de Antiquaires for lunch while touring around Geneva’s old town and fell in love with the quaint feel. The server was an older gentleman who’s English was probably better than my French, but we settled on Spanish. He recommended the daily special which was an oven roasted beef with pasta. It did not disappoint. I was able to get through the meal in about 45 minutes which was perfect for a “quick” bite. Overall, I’d recommend if you’re passing by.

We discovered this charming little restaurant after walking up the hill along the Rampe de la Trielle and sat outside in the warm evening air. The old part of Geneva has a wonderful charm to it and this place fits in really well. We loved the cobbled streets and the people watching, and both agreed it was a great find for an evening dinner. The food was traditional French/Swiss style and was really tasty. Our waiter was great too so we had no complaints and would recommend it for eating out.
