"Me and a friend called in on Saturday afternoon myself never visiting a dessert shop. Huge menu of waffles, crêpes, pancakes stacks,ice creams and Sundaes. Staff were very polite and attentive and after our treat found out they have only just taken over in the last 3 weeks. Because of my excitement when our order came out the lady asked if she could take a photo for social media, a bit embarrassed we agreed and whilst looking for that photo I’ve came across these poor reviews.The place is very welcoming the staff are very friendly, cleaning was being done the whole time I was there the wiping down of menus and worktops,and the food is gorgeous as for pricing I haven’t been anywhere else so I wouldn’t know if it’s expensive or not but I do know it was very nice.A small business in Kenilworth town with rent and rates I can imagine cost a lot of money if you want cheap get yourself a frozen one from Tesco’s and take it home! I certainly will be visiting again and taking my grandchildren. I did think the desserts would be small hence why we bought one each and one to share, but my goodness as you can see from my photos they were not, however we did manage to finish them mall!!!"

Yummy, yummy, yummy! So many ice creams to choose from. The staff are all really friendly and the waffles and crepes are very tasty.

Huge choice of desserts. Went for sticky toffee pudding and custard. Presented nicely. Perfect size and generous portion of custard. Tasted great. Staff clearly take pride in their work. We will be back.

I came here with my family and the service was absolutely amazing ! The staff were so nice and understanding. We even got a free scoop of ice cream! Will definitely be returning it’s our new favourite place x

We took our children for a treat after a meal and ordered two ice creams and two doughnuts. We waited 45 minutes before cancelling our order. Wouldn't have minded but there were only two other tables in there and three members of staff on! Not sure how they would cope if full. Definitely won't be recommending or returning.

Had a mid week treat during lockdown. Easy to order, food was quick and packaged brilliantly so remained warm and cold the ice cream hadn’t even started to melt when we got it home. Crepe and waffles were amazing and best vanilla milkshake. Would definitely recommend. Great takeaway and look forward to eating in after lockdown.

I have now posted this review in 3 places because I was so impressed by this restaurant. We had been previously but the store is now under new management and the new owner could not have been helpful enough for my friends little boy who is both Coeliac and has an egg allergy. Instead of him just ending up with a scoop of vegan ice cream the manager made him his own “safe” sundae and made exchanges so it looked like the other children’s (ie, wafer straw swapped for flake . I think most of the time children with such complex allergen needs end up with a bowl of fruit or something very basic but the manager genuinely seemed to want him to have similar to his friends and made such an effort for...
