Deep Blue Norwich - Carte

Friendly service. Large portions. Very fresh fish. Plenty of parking including disabled spaces. Music not too loud, but would have preferred something soothing like Mozart.

this was our second visit in this restaurant. at the first visit let the soggy chips eat down, but this time they were excellent. the baked on the cherry cake was not good, but overall it was good to eat. will be visited again. Voir le carte

We went to this restaurant for the second time. The first visit was disappointing because the chips were soggy, but this time they were excellent. The pastry on the cherry pie was not great, but overall the food was good. We will definitely come back again.

This was our first time dining together as a family at this restaurant. The decor was really lovely, the food was delicious, and the special offer made it even better. It was great to see the place bustling with customers - the offers they have definitely attract people.

The food was excellent. We booked a table for 6pm and was told we would have the table until 7.30pm. Only to be told the restaurant closes at 7pm and the website says 8pm. You need to get the details right! It put a dampener on the evening meaning we had about 40 mins to eat and chat. Voir le carte

I recently visited Deep Blue restaurant and showed them an ad about their loyalty program, "The Fork." Unfortunately, the staff seemed unaware of this program. After spending £79-85, I did not receive any points or benefits. I am left wondering if it is even worth bothering with "The Fork" advertisement.

Booked via The Fork.app, unfortunately the deep blue Norwich did not receive our bookkng and were about to close. The staff did make room for us and served us very well. Food was excellent and good value for money. Restaurant is very good and clean. Good ambience. Will visit again but will prefer to boom directly with them instead of using the fork app.

We were expecting a quality fish and chip restaurant in the vein of Harry Ramsden. The seating and waitress service was fine but the food was very ordinary. Freshly cooked restaurant chips should be crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside they were neither. Also, plates need to be large enough for the food. Plaice should be served alongside chips not on top of them due to lack of space. The waitress was very pleasant, polite and friendly but ambience was zero. I would not be able to recommend Deep Blue in Norwich to a friend for fear of the comeback. Voir le carte
