Daruma is located just off Piazza Euclide, with about 5 indoor 2 outdoor tables. The primary business seems to be take away, with a constant stream of customers. We dined in. The service is friendly all the staff we dealt with spoke good English. The sushi is made to order. The range is not huge, but the cross section of items we ordered were excellent. There was no wasabi, but Japanese beer (brewed in Europe under license) is available. We left with the impression that this place is popular with the locals. We ate well, with beer for euro 40. I would recommend this place if you are after a good light meal.

If you are going to break the golden rule and not eat the local/regional cuisine while you're traveling in said area, (e.g. Eritrean in Bergen or Japanese in Rome) then you have found the right place. Tucked away in a lovely neighborhood of Rome minutes from the Euclide metro stop, this place is a great hole-in-the-wall joint to get sushi fast. Not only do they have a nice selection of pre/made sushi and sashimi to go, you can order anything off the menu for takeaway and it will be ready in minutes. Add in some beer or wine and friendly waitstaff and you have found a perfect place to get items for a picnic or for a quick meal after a long day of touring.
