Da Sergio Emden - Carte

Everything great. Had company dinners there, unfortunately it's not for those on a budget.

I would even give it 6 stars for the ambience. I know Sergio in the north and on Norderney, they're all great, but the atmosphere here is awesome

Exquisite anchovies, a perfect Scaloppina al Gorgonzola and a wonderful crema di fragola: pure enjoyment in a wonderful ambience with very attentive staff. An all-round successful evening with excellent food in a charming atmosphere.

The two of us went there for dinner and were absolutely thrilled. The tuna was nicely fried, with a fine, glassy core. The beef fillet from my counterpart was also cooked to perfection. The location is really awesome. Great staff, everyone is nice and really on their toes. We'll definitely come back.

We were there yesterday I haven 't had such a bad meal in a long time. I had the rib eye with jus, fried onions and parmesan cream with mashed potatoes. The stamp was a lukewarm puree that was carelessly mixed with a completely sour parmesan cream and was really disappointing in taste. The fried onions were a bad joke two tiny, unfried pieces on the plate. There was no trace of the alleged jus. The waiter seemed absolutely listless and annoyed, as if our presence was already too much for him. I ate it because I was hungry, but we definitely won 't go there again. I had the pleasure of dining at Da Sergio in Emden recently and I have nothing but positive things to say. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a leisurely dinner. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. What was particularly impressive was the excellent advice on the wine selection, which went perfectly with our dishes. The food itself was simply outstanding. Every dish was freshly prepared and tasted to the point. The pizza had a wonderfully crispy base and rich toppings, while the pasta was al dente and served with a delicious sauce. I can highly recommend Da Sergio and am already looking forward to my next visit!

Disappointing! Inspired by the positive reviews, we ate at da Sergio. Reserved online and even had it confirmed again by phone, but in the end we got there and, contrary to our express wishes and confirmation, were seated in the darkest corner for the table we wanted, even though we wanted to celebrate a special occasion. Our table simply wasn't reserved, we were told we were unlucky. In addition to this unsympathetic place, there were dirty cutlery and the plates didn't have the ingredients that were on the menu, half of the vegetables etc. were missing, instead you found things that weren't on the menu. Taste is a matter of opinion, but 100 cloves of garlic are no substitute for a lack of...

It was our first time at Da Sergio in Emden, as we were always very satisfied in Aurich Norden, so we thought it would be the same here. We were a group and had reserved in advance, and we got our table without any problems. The drinks and food were then received quickly. Unfortunately we had to wait a good hour until our food finally arrived. Unfortunately the taste wasn't what we expected. The patty from the burger was fried so thin and dry (dead and had none of the “Dry Age Beef Medium plus fried” stated on the menu.
