"sat with friends and with an salat and pommes a cortex. the latter not my favorite, but the meat was delicious and lightly spicy. beautiful atmosphere, fast service and average to slightly above average prices. the menu is really extensive and there is something for everyone. an interesting foundation."

"Bei unserem Luganoausflug wollten wir am Abend schön essen gehen. Wir hatten erst ein anderes Restaurant im Fokus, welches jedoch ausgebucht war. Wegen der interessanten Karte entschieden wir uns für das ,,Metamorphosis". Dies war eindeutig die richtige Entscheidung. Unser Platz an der Terasse wurde uns so zurecht gestellt, das wir einen Blick auf den See hatten. Da wir zu früh waren, nahmen wir einen Apero, dazu erhielten wir von dem freundlichem Service Chips und Oliven. Die Speisekarte ist nicht riesig, dafür sind gut ausgewählte Gerichte und Lebensmittel von hoher Qualität vorhandem (z.B. Imberikon).Wir entschieden uns 2x für das 5-Gangmenü für je 85.- und wurden überrascht. Nach 2 Amouse Bouche wurden uns die 5 Gänge serviert, plus einen Sorbetgang. Das Menü war spannend, abwechslungsreich und die Teller schön und modern angerichtet. Die einzelnen Komponenten ergaben bei jedem Gang ein fantastisches Geschmackserlebniss. So ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhälniss gibt es selten und wir wurden den ganzen Abend gut bedient. Ein guter Koch und ein tolles Team sind im Metamorphosis am Werk, wir sind begeistert! "The Tartare Burger by La Fermata is the best burger in the world and of all time. Point. If you are pregnant and need to avoid raw meat, Smash is excellent. A hair below, but still excellent, the household hamburger. Cisunami is a senseless exaggeration to be ordered only for fun purposes. It's possible that the rest of the menu is valid, but every time I go in, I have a moral obligation to order the Tartare Burger. The chips should be taken normal (without grain and without splashes of truffle oil). Coleslaw only if you have strange feelings of guilt about fried foods. The service is ok. Some waiters are friendlier than others, but who cares because only the Tartare Burger matters."

"For Christmas dinner with colleagues we relied on this restaurant right in front of the long Bissone lake. It is really easy to reach both via the cantonal road and the motorway, and it is possible to park your car not far away. The welcome is the best and the place inside is characteristic, a nice atmosphere accompanies the entire meal. After ordering some excellent mixed appetizers which are served with creativity and originality with a typically Campania flavour, we tasted some excellent fish. I recommend the octopus which, in addition to being very fresh, is cooked to perfection, soft, melts in the mouth with a full flavour. Unfortunately I'm not a fan of mussels, but if you like them I'm sure you'll ask for an encore because at my table those who ordered them also asked for a trio, because they are large, tasty and of excellent quality. The staff is very nice, friendly and fast. I will definitely return to this wonderful corner of Capri near Bissone. I hope this review of mine can be useful for you. Thanks for reading."
