"with our 6-month-old pargoletto, my wife and I were allowed to try a dinner here during the stay in Zuoz...the same group also belong the restaurant of the hotel engiadina and that of the hotel chamanna, but we chose here because the menu is more traditional. location: in square in zuoz, therefore magnificent location. outside the tables for aperitif/beautiful, inside the restaurant with typical, small and cosy furnishings. despite the size, no problem for our stroller and staff, friendly despite the pargoletto was a little nervous. menu: different dishes typical of the engadin, we opted for a mix in 2 of meats / cheeses of the area, really delicious and for the sausage of deer with rosti and fries, decidedly particular but very tasty. excellent crisps and roasts. as it enters and as from tradition, black bread and butter to spread, always appreciated. we are limited to water, which unfortunately costs a lot here. closure with vanilla ice cream, which for inexplicable reasons in Italy is never found. service: definitely good, favored by an evening with little people. courteous staff, kind and especially patient. so absolutely promoted. account: in Swiss is always the sorrowful note, you always pay as much as we are used to. to be in Switzerland, we are in the average, in the order of 30-40 francs per head. In conclusion. ..restaurant to be taken seriously during the stay in engadin, to try in winter when there will also be the game of season. Good."

we had ordered pickles and meat was good but very little supplements and all in the same color. the apple with berries was very strongly soaked with alcohol.

Das Restaurant Crusch Alva erstahlt im Vergleich zu früheren Besuchen in neuem Glanz! Die neue Menükarte sowie Innenausstattung machen einen Besuch definitiv attraktiver. Die Salate sowie der Burger mit Lammfleisch aus Zuoz kann ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Grazcha fich! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

with great joy we entered the Stüva in the 1st floor and were looking forward to a great evening.Leiders were not satisfied our expectations.The service was rather somewhat subcooled and the eating was absolutely not in the ambience.The capuns did not taste us and half the portion was very small. the salat as an appetizer was ok, but with too large leaves. amuse bouche and brot were very good. dessert zabaione was far too thin, rather a cream.The friandise to the coffee came after which we had drunk the coffee ready together with the required bill....It is clearly lacking the guide in the restaurant. the two service forces can not do this alone.We can't recommend the great stüva.

we unfortunately came a quarter of an hour too late for the lunch ticket and had to take the small afternoon ticket in advance. I found this a pity that the 14 o'clock was so drastically adhered to it at 14:15 o'clock was no longer possible to order a typical flush court as pizokel. the service was a bit lustless... well, my man had ordered capuns and I had a ceasar salad with poulet. both dishes were very tasty. brot was only on demand, but was very tasty and fresh.Only dessert we had still a piece of engadin nusstorte and a spicy wax. also the cakes were very fine. "Am 14.6. hat meine Schwester in diesem wunderschönen Restaurant ihre Hochzeit gefeiert. Als Trauzeugin war ich in die Organisation involviert und habe am grossen Tag dafür gesorgt, dass alles läuft wie es soll. Bereits beim Probeessen waren wir überwältigt und überzeugt von der hohen Qualität der Produkte, dem zuvorkommenden Service, den spannenden Kombinationen und der ausgezeichneten Beratung/Betreuung durch Paolo und sein Team. Paolo war sehr flexibel und hat all unsere Wünsche (zum Menü, der Dekoration, der Tischordnung und den Pausen für Reden und Spiele) umgesetzt. Sogar beim dekorieren am Morgen und aufräumen am nächsten Tag hat man uns geholfen. Am Abend vor der Hochzeit assen wir als gewöhnliche Gäste im Restaurant und unsere hohen Erwartungen wurden auch dort nicht enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, elegant und familiär zugleich.Der Abend und das Timing verliefen perfekt, trotz einer Rede, die mehr Zeit in Anspruch genommen hatte wie geplant. Alle Gäste waren sowohl von der Location als auch vom exzellenten Essen begeistert. Wir haben nur sehr gute Rückmeldungen erhalten. Besonders praktisch ist, dass sich im selben Haus ein wunderschönes gemütliches Hotel befindet. Weil alle Zimmer für unsere Gäste gebucht waren, durften wir die Lobby nach dem Festschmaus als Tanzbereich mit Bar nutzen. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass ein Teil von Paolos Team unserem Angebot gefolgt ist und an unserem Fest teilgenommen hat. Es war ein absolut gelungener, geradezu perfekter Tag und Abend. Wir danken dem ganzen Team von Herzen und möchten jedem empfehlen sich mindestens einmal in diesem Restaurant verwöhnen zu lassen! Sie werden es nicht bereuen!"

"We spontaneously went to Klarer for dinner and ordered sliced veal and a bratwurst, each with rösti. the rösti was quite good. I can 't judge the bratwurst because there weren 't any. I rejected the Engadinburst that was offered as an alternative because I couldn 't imagine anything with it, and instead ordered the onion sauce. the onion sauce that was served was unfortunately only water warmed up with onions, tasteless and nothing at all. the hammer was the veal slices, the veal more suitable for smoking than for eating, with a somehow rancid cheese sauce. in order to still get the inedible into the hungry stomach, we wanted to help with salt; Unfortunately the salt mill was empty. With the foresight, no one, including the lady of the house present, asked whether the food was edible (no, it definitely wasn 't). if you want the engadin gastronomy to be experienced, then go on holiday to austria. Klarer 's reaction unfortunately misses the point and only shows how little one is willing to learn from criticism: 1. Who should I address my concerns when the service staff can barely speak German and the landlady hides behind the reception desk instead of welcoming the guests and asking how they are. 2. I would replace the aforementioned gravy if I were you, unless you prefer sauces that are as tasteless as possible. 3. It may have been cream that was served on the veal strips in the past, but today it was definitely over. 4. Roasting veal so well that it is dry and tastes like a piece of woodchip pastry is not only an insult to your guests, but also to the animal. 5. Unfortunately, it is not the first time that we have had such experiences in the Engadin, with insensitive hosts who are satisfied with the beautiful landscape and localities, but do not give their guests the necessary attention. There is although it hurts me as I live in Engadin Austria is miles further. especially when you read your answer, which lacks insight and is hardly aimed at improving things. Finally, a tip: go through the restaurant regularly and greet your guests and see whether they eat with pleasure or pick at their plate listlessly. And go through the kitchen regularly and check whether they really use gravy and fresh cream, as you assume in your answer."
