"Called in on a day pouring with rain with a large sopping wet dreadlocked dog and a 2 year old who'd been stuck indoors all day. Lovely welcome, great staff, really enjoyed the food and desserts (what the daughter let me have of mine! , reasonably priced too, and no-one batted an eyelid at the giant mop of a dog we tried to shove in a corner due to how wet he was! Beer was also tasty and the wife went back for more wine so I assume that was also to her palate!! See you again when we next head this way!"

great welcome, friendly staff and good food. Live music was excellent with the life of reilly. only for me was the lack of craft beer or before place rasse ales etc. otherwise we had a great night. oh and I recommend alex the taxi!

I visited for Sunday lunch and was pleased to find a generous serving of vegetables alongside the beef, Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, and gravy. The beef was of good quality, and I definitely left feeling satisfied. The pub atmosphere was just right.

I stopped by for a pint and a bite to eat, and I was thoroughly impressed. The service was lovely, and the food was outstanding. While I know the seafood is fantastic, I must say that I had the best venison casserole ever. It's definitely a must-try when you visit! Voir le carte
