"My grandchildren took me here on Sunday for a surprise impromptu meal. They didn't think to contact ahead and book and when we arrived we were meet by a very handsome young lad called Ben who reassured us he could find us a table on this busy Sunday. Within few minutes he had us seated and explained how we could order at the bar or using the app at the table. Food was lovely 10 out 10. Have told the grandkids to being me back again Vegetarian options: Meatless options available Parking: Free parking only if registration entered at bar Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps and flat flooring. We booked a table but walked out due the menu not being available at the weekend. Only the Carvery was available and it smelt vile. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We live local. Come here at least once a week. Always a great breakfast and carvery. Friendly staff that always make us feel welcome. Special shout out to Aaron. He’s Very friendly and hard working. He never stops.

Needs a new face lift in and out. The manager and one lady behind the till are lovely the rest need to be a little more happier to work there. Parking: Only used for them unless you pay Kid-friendliness: Seem happy for my son to be up and walking around. But really need the play areas back I think Price per person: £40–50 Food: 4

Definitely the worst roast dinner I have had here. The roasties were dry and looked like they had been there quite a few hours. The small section of veg that was there was very cold and dry. 5 stars and more, I want a massive thanks to the server / cook on the carvery, we think his name was lee? he served us hard yorkshire pudding, but very friendly changed them for soft, where fresh from the kitchen, he also made us feel the most welcome and really brought a smile to our family. thanks again for super service. they must be praised at this level of service.

"on the drink card it only shows alcoholic drinks that I find angry to be honest. I asked the waiter for non-alcoholic drinks that they were great, but I think they should put all the drinks on the menu they sell. I came to fry with the family. there is a vegan option to fry,' the wellington. no vegan sites. a vegan dessert. the wellington was nice. with the roasts the sweet comes in separate bowls/plates, so we help ourselves instead of coming on the teller. what they brought was not enough for all of us, so we had to ask for more. they brought more and they didn't accuse us either. I think it was little pricy for what you have. there is only a vegan dessert option. on the main menu it seems more vegan options, but it could be even more. it seemed quite loud from the kitchen to scream and the staff was nice, but quite busy. there are quite a lot of stairs here, I notice everyone up or an accessible toilet, maybe I missed them."

"We’ve been going to Paradise for a while now and for me it’s the best takeaway in town. Pizzas are very good and the garlic bread excellent ! We always have a chat with the staff while we wait for our food and they’re always...super friendly and competent even though they are very busy at times. Definitely our favourite takeaway place !!"

"I booked a table for 2 really last minute on a busy December night, piccolio’s manger cosimo took the booking, he was so friendly and helpful that we really needed after a hard work in the cold winter weather! we went in and the restaurants that were breathtaking have woken us! the decor is stylish and above all it was so warm and cozy what we needed, we were greeted with smiles all around by every worker and was immediately taken on our table, without waiting time what ever! we were so swollen! Shortly after we sat, we tamara welcomed them beautiful, well presented and extremely polite. we thought up the menu, while tamara served us the most delicious Rosè Prosecco and took our orders. it was a hard choice, as we wanted to order one of all, the menu choices sound exquisite! so much choice and catering for all food requirements. my own and my friend decided to go for the spaghetti frutti di mare, which was absolutely inconceivable! muddle, mush and calamari topped with a huge garlic king prawn! it didn't take long until there were two empty teller and full bell! we stayed and talked together about the life and there was no hurry to move us from table to tamara has checked us we were so glad to have chosen piccolino chester for our girly dinner date and just wanted to say a massive thank you to cosimo, tamara and the piccolino team. I can't wait to come back to another fantastic evening."

"Had lunch here yesterday. What a gem. Please book, always busy by the looks of it we were in Chester for the day. Staff where very friendly the interior is quirky and lovely. Had the vegetarian breakfast was delicious, was also great that tea is served in a pot with china cups and you get more than one cup out of the pot. Had a delicious dessert too and an espresso Martini with a shot of hazelnut. Delicious the best I have had. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Chester to eat here was lovely. Will definitely be returning again."

"The only disappointment was where we were seated: people were standing behind us and kept knocking into our chairs because they were very drunk. Perhaps they should seat people who are eating separately from those who are drinking. I had to speak to them to ask them to stop knocking into our chairs. The waitress was amazing, although I didn't catch her name. She kept asking if we wanted our drinks refilled so we didn't have to go to the bar. The food was absolutely outstanding."
