Local reorganized by the new management. Very welcoming environment and service is kind and professional but never intrusive. Very bright place, surely background music helps to relax. The dishes are very well maintained, a special mention to the desserts, I tasted a dark chocolate cake and grapefruit, I would say amazing. Congratulations continue like this!

The best cocktails of Biella are here, there is nothing to do, the staff is kind and attentive. The room is very well-kept and refined, they put some music in the background that allows you to communicate with the people next door, which does not happen in the other neighboring premises. In short, the place is perfect for a company evening! I'll go for dinner soon.

I'm sorry, but after several years of 'faith' after the change of management it all got worse. The quality of food has really fallen. Every day menu is the same and the buffet also. The bread (to them say fresh) visually frozen and decongeled. Expensive filtered water. The only positive thing is the environment that has recently been renovated. Personally, I wouldn't come back... unfortunately.

Friendly but professional welcome; you immediately feel comfortable. Many precious, unusual and sought-after things to look at: Spirits, sugars, infusions from all over the world, herbs, seeds, spices, etc. The large wall of lavender always proposes different designs of Biella artists. The dishes are excellent, the choice of wines is excellent, the music is perfect. You can also go in the afternoon to read or write... A fun space where you feel free and relaxed.

Every time I go to this restaurant, what never misses is the welcome, kindness and passion that puts every person who works there. The team is excellent, friendly and friendly. The menu is an emotion of flavors, both during lunch and dinner. They are young boys, but they want to do and engage, always trying to improve themselves. I am very happy with the environment that there is every time I go to eat and above all it is a place, besides chic, where you feel relaxed. I think it's a good place, since it just opened up and I'm very happy to have discovered it and ate it.

I went to dinner in the week with friends. Cosy environment with pleasant musical background. The dishes are excellently presented, a true tryout of colors, consistencies and flavors... excellent branzino with fried burrata, strepitosi rolle of salmon... the risotto with delicious chestnuts.
