"Everything was fine except on receiving the bill, I noticed that 12.5% was added for tips etc. I was not happy with this and it should not be put on the bill without being told before hand. I had it removed and tipped in cash as I normally do. I suggest in future that this is made clear. Very poor."

Was with a guest and spent much of the evening in deep discussion. The service was very good and impressed with the way staff dealt with ensuring the environment was friendly and there was no pressure on time.
