Best fish and chips in Wales. Brilliant menu. Family friendly. Cool staff. Attractive fish tank. And excellent local beers. If you're in Mumbles, this is the place to come!

We do like to try and find outstanding fish and chips when we visit coastal places, this was one of them. The young lady that served us was fantastic, couldn't do enough to help. Also tried the fried cockles which were yummy. Definitely worth a...visit if your visiting.

we enjoyed our experience at copperfish very much. from the amazing location with magnificent view of the delicious food. we also had cocktails and they were stunning, especially the mojitos! the mood of the place is beautiful the perfect place to go when the sun...shining! and the staff is friendly! we will definitely return :)

Phoned to ask ahead if we could bring dogs, they said yes or we could could sit outside in heated seated area. Arrived and was greeted by the most miserable face ever behind the counter who informed us dogs were not allowed but we could...sit outside. Sat outside and was cold so went back inside to be told the heating isn’t working due to rain. Ended up eating in the car.

I wish I had checked the reviews here before I would spend nearly 30 on fish and chips, cheesy chips and 2 drinks. not quite sure how a fish and chip shop can be so bad for fish and chips. all food came luke warm limit. colt fish a tad on the dry side. service slow, although not many people in the restaurant, as we just arrived after 8 clock. waitresses were polite, but they looked strange from their feet as though not many were diners. they don't get off the signs outside like us.

The takeaway side of restaurant. Restaurant should be reviewed separately and is not reflected in this review. Most things requested on menu were unavailable but still advertised. Unwilling to cook fish without batter to cater for dietary requirements. When walking away the packaging very quickly...unravelled and items were nearly dropped. The pie was over cooked and unpleasant to eat. The curry sauce was nice, the chips were well cooked and seasoned. My partners fish cakes were nice. Overall. A shame. Expected better service, choice and delivery.

my man and I enjoyed a nice day shopping in swansea and exploring the mumbles. we visited mumbles hill and enjoyed a walk along the promenade. we finally visited the restaurant of copperfish on the pier for fish and chips. the restaurant was tastefully decorated and immaculate we received a very warm welcome and there was extensive menu including 2 courses for 10.95 we had already decided to fish and chips with muddy heaps and order a side of brot and butter. the food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. our visit was a good value for money and was perfect.

This ranks with one of the worse meals we’ve had. After waiting almost an hour for our food the chicken was like cardboard and so dry it was difficult to swallow. The only taste on the chicken was horrible oily flavour . The chips were...cold and the so called gravy was cold jelly. We sent the gravy back but should have sent the whole lot back. The gravy had to be replaced by curry sauce as the gravy would have taken too long to do. The only saving grace was the curry was at least warm. Why would anyone serve gravy with a cold jelly consistency and burnt chicken ?Definitely off our restaurants to visit in future.

a big party of us went on this weekend to copperfish (preordered). we had a dog so we were told that we had to sit outside (despit, the restaurant is mostly empty when we arrived). it was windy and rainy and with the time it came out to eat. we were cold on the bone. the staff was a mix of helpful and not assisting, a coworker had a little setting when the table asked for something. the eating came all at different times (to take into account, there were as a few of us), so that they could not wait until others, when they started as they were cold (and wet from the rain) through the time they came out. we were not given the correct amount of cutlery.
