Collage At Radisson Blu

The restaurant is quite uncomfortable and cold furnished. We were almost the only guests. I ordered a red wine and got a white wine. The steak should be “medium”, but was very “through”. The Gpfel was the Cesars Salad with sour fish from the glass.

Jose was enthusiastic and friendly, and appeared to serve as both a bartender and waiter. The food was decent, but didn't seem worth the price. The Hasselback potatoes were undercooked in the center. The main courses were satisfactory, but nothing to rave about.

We ordered items from the set menu as it had similar fish options as the a la carte. One our mains had arrived we were informed they were out of the main. Very shambolic. We ordered a different main but had to pay full price. Such a shame it's not more organised. Voir le carte

When my group arrived at Collage, we were informed that there was no table available for us, despite having made a reservation on OpenTable weeks earlier. This greatly affected our evening, as we had planned to treat my mother to a special night out near the anniversary of my father's passing. I am deeply disappointed and will not be using this site again. The lack of customer service only added to the frustration.

Initially only two people in whole restaurant. When we left only 5 other tables booked and it was a Friday night! Food boringly average. Over salted even salt on the salad!!! The music was elelevator style and not Italian which would have improved the atmosphere. Waitresses very helpful and attentive but then they were not exactly rushed off their feet!!! Overall a very disappointing experience and not one I will ever repeat.

Four of us choose due to reviews seen on Trip advisor. No atmosphere, yet sat night at 8pm we would have thought there should have been. Service ok , little slow with serving drinks. Food ok nothing . Risotto was perhaps the best dish and one of the party really enjoyed this, but felt it was quite a big portion. We arrived to be told there was a Christmas party going on and we had not got a table of which we had a booking for. They said that they didn’t recognise or use open table for bookings. We were then sat in the lobby bar where all of the party guests were gathering and given a menu. When the food arrived it was cold and the steaks were just full of fat. Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Will never be setting foot in there again. Advise to anyone. DONT GO THERE.

After attending a theatre show, we enjoyed a delicious meal at this restaurant. The menu offered great options and it was conveniently located near the theatre. We appreciated the quieter atmosphere compared to the bustling restaurants near the Hippodrome, allowing us to easily converse. The first floor hotel restaurant had a relaxed vibe, though the service was a bit slow and lacked attention to detail - we had to ask for drinks after our starters arrived and needed to request a steak knife. We were the only 2 diners in the restaurant for a midweek pre-theatre meal. The food took a very long time to arrive (burger and salad took half and hour for some reason). When my daughter's vegan burger came it was completely rock hard and burnt right through. It must have been noticed when it was put on the plate. They did replace it and she was provided with complimentary olives by way of apology, but when we came to pay, that too took a very long time. The card machine had an apparent fault and declined repeated attempts to pay on multiple cards.
