"A great dinner had with lovely and warm hostess, who know every offer on their card perfectly and have something to explain. There I chose a promising menu that can be flexibly dived from gear to gear on the good tradition with easy to control but interesting innovations. The menu I had previewed online was always short. For this, the wine and beverage map is quite extensive. And the sovereign preparation and wine tasting (at fair price) then crowned everything. After a hearty mini vitello tonnato as welcome (for me the desired preparation for alcohol) came the noble fish stew, i.e. the soup walk first. This one-pot was again a bit deceptive in the name, but not negligent in quality. Because he wasn't cooked in a barrel, he was compiled with broth and inlay, but the clear fish-force broth that was presented at the table was simply overwhelming in taste. Also the inserts – shrimps, scallops, trout fillet and... Here I didn't let it work – all were beautifully fresh, slightly tanned with flour or easily panned and perfectly glazed, remember the Hamburger Fischpfanne, but as an extrafine version on the ideal cooking level. The different natural tastes of fish and seafood remain fully recognizable even after roasting. Exciting to the last catch from the fish bowl. The fried duck pot liver was slightly crusted on the outside and pink on the inside. The aroma of duck fat was round and clean. Fully. I personally found the liver terrine a little too alcoholic. That's what I told the host. She replied that the team wanted to try it with another intensified wine. Impressive. And after asking for the meaning of Morio- to the jelly, I also got a Morio-muscat that is considered a so-called bouquet wine. The flawless, pink hovers and cream puffs were further proof of the reliable cuisine. The innovative strawberry mule bags were not a highlight, but also no weak point. At dessert, I decided for Mokka-Crème brûlée with Calamansi-Sorbet – the advice of the host in terms of bitterness in citrus fruit was convincing. Besides, after the kite, I am a sceptic to the pink or ruby chocolate. However, a portion of three kinds of chocolate (white, pink new breeding and brown) was also presented to me on my request and chocolate granules from the respective varieties for testing, also another round of presentation from the chef to surprise. What more did you want? Testing is always fun. And now I have forgotten too often: In principle, it is no less fun to be pampered and convinced directly."

Very fine and small gourmet restaurant. There are only three menus, but you can change or combine them as desired. We like to come back.

Best restaurant where I ate. Tastefully and qualitatively simple top. Wonderfully matching wine tasting. Would like to forgive 6 stars. The prices are absolutely attributable to the offer.

Start Menue for home during Corona/ pickup: The woman of the house is very friendly and charming, even if one comes from the city-outward side, and therefore does not immediately discover and use the output window. The menu was very appealing and tasted very delicious. The PL ratio is consistent. Top.

The service is very personal and friendly, the location is great: a cozy restaurant with little tables, very family. The quality of food is top, the preparation also. The price matches what is offered. Half a star trigger because I would like to have had a walk with a light, fresh touch for a balanced change. But this is also a high level criticism. In total a great experience, I hope the Clyne retains its current charm. We like to come back.

the clyne is a small, fine restaurant and is located only 100 m from the routes of the tourist. the welcome is very personal and also the entire service is very personal and extremely competent. the individual courses are explained as in the star restaurant. we were thrilled by the kitchen, service, tips to speyer and the selection of peppers weep. as amuse bouche there was porkbacke, then an excellent clear fish soup, marinated salmon with spargel (with proper spargel, which had bite and taste,) saltimbocca from the forelle and then a minz crème brulée with earthberry soup. we had a characterful sauvignon blanc from the pfalz. we were thrilled by this perfect evening

the evaluation does not relate to that of the cook, as we have unfortunately not come and have been preserved on a very strange species and wise for a restaurant of this class. because we were aware that on a Saturday night only with reservation there is the possibility of a table in the small restaurant known to us, we asked by phone whether a space would be free for two people. the chef personally served us with an extremely arrogant and unfriendly kind with the following words: as the name already says, we are a very small restaurant and in this time in which they show this lead, try to get a place with certainty more people. our tables are already booked in advance. I wish a nice evening...

"Mr The Anh Nguyen, the owner and also the chef of Le Cyclo, interprets a few traditional Vietnamese dishes using seasonal ingredients, fresh herbs, spices and aromatics. All his creations are served with French elegance. We were a big group of 18 people, so we made reservations in advance and requested several traditional Vietnamese dishes not featured on the standard menu. When people think of Vietnamese cuisine, what comes to mind is “Goi Cuôn” - fresh summer rolls that are ubiquitous in Vietnam. So it makes sense that our dinner starts off with them. Another popular appetizer is “Bò lá lôt” - lightly spiced minced beef rolls wrapped with wild betel leaves and grilled to perfection. “Banh khot” are quintessential appetizers - mini pancakes made with rice flour, minced shrimps and spring onions, golden, crispy and savory. “Chao Tôm” is a traditional appetizer where seasoned shrimp paste is moulded around a sugarcane skewer. Our main dishes are typical home-cooked dishes shared family-style, served with white jasmine rice. We had tasty “Bap Cai Cuôn thit ga-tom Hap Nước Mắm Gung”, which was basically steamed chicken-and-prawn roulade in a fresh ginger-Nước Mắm sauce; “Cá Kho Tô” - considered as comfort food by many Vietnamese, the fish develops a sweet-savory gooeyness from the sugar and fish sauce over the course of a long braise; simple but tasty chicken omelette; and “Rau Muong” stir-fried with garlic - a staple green veggie in Vietnam (if Vietnam declared a national vegetable, it’d probably be this).Due to its colorful history marked with several occupations, colonization period and foreign influence, Vietnam is a real melting pot of various culinary traditions. From a complicated Chinese to a delicate Japanese, a bit over-spiced Thai, highly distinctive Cambodian, beautiful Indian and super gastronomic French - we are happy to report our tastebuds went on a delicious culinary adventure to Le Cyclo!"
