The best jamon ham in Madrid. The dish is also nice in very reasonable price. Outdoor seat is available with heater. But service is somehow slow and take over 2 hours for a lunch has to be expected.

Absolute must, 5 stars hands down wonderful. Iberian Pork Steak cooked Midrare will blow your mind. A true Spanish delight and one of the key reasons Madrid is dear to my heart. Finally, an incredible list of Rioja reserves back to 1975, affordable and by the glass.

the best of this restaurant, apart from the excellent quality of the product, is the treatment of your staff. the manager and the whole service. While we came, we let ourselves advise on both broths and on food. and I can only say that we always get very satisfied and happy and like that a umami that gives you the very good five-day ham. I always recommend it and I'll keep doing it.

the place is quiet, with good service and with a quality in very good food. Sometimes it's not about being in the best place in the neighborhood, but in a place that you're comfortable and that the little kids you're going to enjoy with. This does not mean that the place is not good, which is also very good, but does not require great ornaments and eccentricities to be. This is one of those places. ham, chip tortilla, saladilla, good meats, all slightly revised classics. everything is very good and very rich, with prices very according to what you eat. not a single stridence! it is worth it.

The food is quality, the ham is first class and the atmosphere is beautiful, clean and welcoming with a small terrace to enjoy a dinner outside on a summer night! The rating is heavily downgraded by the fact that I was dining alone and the waitress refused to give me a table outside on the terrace despite having 3 available tables for 2 people (small tables). That is extremely rude and quite unfriendly approach to lone-diners. Throughout my dinner the tables outside remained free meaning they were not reserved but were kept available for larger dining groups (2 ppl). It’s a shame to see that type of attitude and greed hence I would not warmly recommend this place- a dining experience should... Voir le carte
