"We were travelling back home to the UK and wanted lunch before going to Pisa airport. All our normal stopping places were shut so we decided to go to Ponsacco to find somewhere. Il Ponte di Sacco was open and looked ok. When we arrived...we were the only customers but within 15 minutes the place was very busy. We had Fritto Misto and Tagliata di Tonno both of which were very good. The prices were a bit higher than average but fish is becoming a luxury food in many places. Service was good and the front of house guy was friendly. The fact that most of the diners were regulars, local businessmen eating their lunch, mostly by themselves, was a recommendation in its own right."

"surprising as to the location: despite being in a commercial area it is collected and pleasant. The service is young, at hand and friendly. I really like the fact that the prices of the bottles are well visible, written directly on the glass and it is freely possible to approach the shelves to choose the wine. Good meats, even the pines in the cinta, while the pork fillets were too cooked and consequently dry, also in different quantities in the dishes. For appetizer, first, pork fillets, contour, a bottle from euro and a dessert in half we spent more than euro."

"Posto molto bello che ricrea molto bene l'ambiente americano. Molti posti sia per il parcheggio sia di tavoli all'interno. Le cameriere con i pattini a rotelle molto gentili e disponibili. Ad ogni tavolo inoltre ci sono già due tubetti di ketchup e maionese. Per il menù c'è tantissima scelta ma nonostante ciò la qualità di ogni piatto è buonissima. Piatti molto abbondanti e hamburger ben fatti. Anche il dolce era molto buono."

"It was my first time and I have to say that both the decor and the atmosphere I really liked. we were among the first of the evening and we found the clean and clean environment. the menu is wide, to be lost and gluten-free options are many with aic certification! almost all prices are on average and you can eat a lot also spend little. the girls proved courteous, helpful and fast in the service, while having quite a bit to make be Saturday evening! the portions have particularly impressed me in positive, super abundant, the quality of food in the average, let's say that when you want to do an exaggerated extradition and increase a lot of cholesterol levels this is the ideal place! very comfortable outdoor parking, will burn the industrial area where it is located. we will definitely come back to try something new!"

"Un menù molto semplice, basato su poche pizze rosse e poche bianche, e poi una carta dei dolci che vede solo alcune versioni più o meno creative di tiramisù. L’impatto della pizza è ottimo e rustico, fatto con farina tipo1 semi integrale che la rende saporita, croccate (anche se con un bel cornicione) e ben digeribile. I condimenti sono vari e gustosi, che sfruttano ingredienti e sapori ricercati e di grande qualità, presidi dop ecc. Interessante la modalità degustazione offerta ai tavoli che prevede la pizza servita già tagliata in spicchi da condividere con gli altri commensali del tavolo. I tiramisù sono ottimi e creativi. Il classico è ben fatto anche se l’ho trovato poco dolce, gli altri sono da scoprire e lasciarsi stupire. Tutti preparati in diretta davanti a voi dalla pasticcera del locale. Il locale è nuovo, in posizione strategica con tanto parcheggio. I prezzi sono più alti della media, giustificati dalla ricerca di ingredienti di qualità; non viene richiesto il pagamento del coperto ma si fa presto a spendere 25 euro a testa per pizza , dolce e bevuta."
