Very busy. Always a good sign but didn't have to wait long for my order. Excellent fish and chips. The best I've had in years.

The worst attempt at battered fish that I've ever encountered. So old and dried out that it was like compacted sawdust. Completely inedible. Chips were OK.

This is the go-to spot for locals! The haddock is absolutely amazing. The service is top-notch, perfect for a takeout dinner. The prices are very affordable, ranging from £1-£10 per person. I would give the food and service a perfect 5/5 rating. I highly recommend trying the Fish Supper!

The only downside for me was that I think the food is cooked in beef dripping. I personally enjoyed it, but the person I was with prefers vegetable fat. The service was for takeout and the meal was for dinner. The price per person was between £1-10. I would rate the food a 3, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 3. Voir le carte

We stopped in for a quick lunch, hoping to sit and eat for a bit. We ordered an enormous haddock and an order of chips. Good to know: you need to purchase any sauce except vinegar. We got our food, added some salt to our chips, and there wasn’t a place to sit inside. We were okay with that, we walked to the docks and sat on a bench overlooking the boats to eat our lunch. To be honest this has to be probably the best Chippy I've eaten in Stornoway. I have been going to them for a very long time since around the peak of the pandemic when every Friday after schools finished I go there to get just Large Chips, sometimes with my dad. I like how their chips are actually moist so its flavorful, and I prefer salt with it so the salt sticks to the chips, finally you get such a huge portion of chips for just £3.50 which blows my mind away. I've been going for so long infact that the workers there just know what to give me automatically, I'll miss them when I move out.
