"The Forst restaurant in Thunstetten has been in existence for over a hundred years and offers a culinary journey that appeals to all the senses. Relaxing means feeling good, as well as enjoying in a special ambience. Whether at a family party, business meeting, tête à tête or in transit, the stay in the forest is wonderful! When reading the visitors ' comments, you can see that the staff here are very polite. That is also true, because the Forst offers its guests a fabulous service. This place also has a Michelin selection. Switzerland 's restaurant guests have chosen the Forst restaurant in Thunstetten as one of the best restaurants in Switzerland! Experts also believe that ultimate comfort is guaranteed here. The owners Susanne Koch Andreas Koch, as well as the brother Peter Koch, ensure enjoyment and the physical well being of the guest. This time I had a wonderful lunch with my mother. We were spoiled with lots of little details from the aperitif to the dessert. The restaurant is wonderfully idyllic, far from traffic noise, in a beautiful, rural setting. The Forst is furnished with love and there are also antiques to admire. The garden area is located under an ancient chestnut and walnut tree and invites you to linger. On a warm summer afternoon or evening, it is a highlight to be able to enjoy the dishes in this special setting on the terrace.We would like to thank the whole team for the very fine and creative food, the relaxing and cosy ambience and for the very friendly service in the beautiful surroundings we would love to come back!"

"Ich habe in der Pizzeria 3 M im Hotel gelebt ich muss ihnen sagen . Passt auf die Putzfrau auf die nimmt gerne mal das Geld mit wo im Zimmer rumliegt schon 2 x 100. bei mir weg gekommen immer kontrollieren wenn die putzfrau kommt das alle wertgegestände verschließen geld wegg"

"Wir besuchen das Lokal am 8. April 2017 und vor dem Eishockeyspiel. Das milde Wetter lädt gar dazu ein, im Garten zu essen. Wir wählen einen gemischen Salat (CHF 8.50), Bruschette (CHF 8.50) und dann je eine Lasagne (CHF 17.50), begleitet von Walliser Rotwein (à CHF 31.50 für den halben Liter). Weil kurz nach 18 Uhr viele Gäste zur gleichen Zeit das renovierte Lokal stürmen, ist die Wartzeit lang, wofür sich der nette Patron auch entschuldigt. Und das Essen? Der Salat ist nett angerichtet, die Zutaten aber sind in der Büchse gewachsen. Die Bruschette munden, auch wenn die Tomaten ein bisschen gar grosszügig mit Knoblauch abgeschmeckt sind. Gut dann die Lasagne, heiss serviert und grosszügig portioniert. Der Kaffee (CHF 3.80) rundet das angenehme Abendessen ab."

"Kleines einfach eingerichtetes Thai Reastaurant. Das Essen ist Original Thailändisch und hat uns gut geschmeckt. Wenn man das Essen "scharf" bestellt, dann kommt es WIRKLICH SCHARF ! Also Vorsicht wenn man noch nicht kennt was in Thailand unter "scharf" verstanden wird ! Selbstverständlch kann man das Essen auch "nicht zu scharf" bestellen. Wochentags gibt es ein Mittagsbuffet "a discretion" für 16 Franken, wobei noch ein Kaffee inbegriffen ist. Dies ist sicher ein super Preisleistungsverhältnis !"

"Wanted to have a beer on the garden terrace today. Waited 15 minutes...no waitress came. The boss/innkeeper just sat on his lazy skin at the table. He wasn't interested. The food will be the same as the service. Catastrophic. Not recommendable. Hands off. I have rated a lot of companies positively. But I have rarely come across such a rubbish restaurant. You have to beg to get a beer. By the way, I have since received a lot of negative reviews from people who have stayed with you and they also found it disgusting..."
