"Steak was good. We ordered it medium rare, and got it like this (which is not necessarily the case in other restaurants, and is therefore quite positive). The fillet was very delicate, naturally not so delicate, but nevertheless really good. All in all, the meat was of good quality and well roasted. The supplements were good, but maybe a bit too little seasoned for our taste. The ambience is rustic. You sit there very well, but it's nothing special. The service was unavoidable, friendly and accommodating. Finally there was an espresso/ramazzoti on the house. All in all, we would recommend the Chorizo."

After I was back in the chorizo tonight, I have to give a praise here. Historically from Augsburg, the Steakhaus still has the same quality. The young people inherit the original recipes of the former owner and lead them tatellos.

We like to go to the Chorizo! Very attentive and friendly service. Great steaks (I like to eat and make steaks myself) and great value! Clear recommendation! Do not understand the rummy at some reviews. I want people to see what they want to pay and expect.

It is the best steak that you can have at a very acceptable price. The service is great and very friendly and you just feel welcome and very good. I always have a list of special requests:-D These are implemented quickly and without cost, while we now know and know what we want.

Visit with 3 pairs. Food was very good, salad was crisp and fresh, service very nice and friendly, all changes and also special requests were met and at the end there was still a free baggage. What does Mann/Frau want more? For the third time there and it was always good without exception.

The price performance principle is right here. We had a menu with steak and widgets as well as supplement salad. The salad was large and of very good quality. The food came fast and was very delicious. Beverages are cheap even the wine from Chile. In summer you can sit on the terrace nicely. The staff is very friendly and at the end there is even a small drink on the house. You're welcome.

Als das Restaurant "Chorizo" in Augsburg letztes Jahr zugemacht hat, waren wir sehr traurig und suchten nach entsprechender Alternative. Zufällig habe ich erfahren, dass ein Teil der Mannschaft ein Lokal in Mering übernommen hat und dort im Prinzip das gleiche Menu bietet. Auch der Name "Chorizo" ist mitgenommen worden. Wir waren da, und wurden nicht entäuscht. Die Qualität der Steaks und anderer Speisen war Top ! Und auch der Service ist unübertroffen. Dank Nicola und seiner lieben Frau fühlt man sich bestens aufgehoben. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle Steakliebhaber !
