This is one of the best Chinese restaurants I have ever been to ! The food was delicious and different from what you find in mainstream Asian restaurants. Definitely recommend it !

Great quality Chinese food (even if it's not cheap). The location is very nice, the inside looks like a factory. Outside tables are also available. The service is good as well. You have to try it.

Food was delicious, service was very friendly and nice even though we got some wrong drinks but thats maybe because of very busy hours. I am not a vegan but tasted 5-6 different vegan meals all them were great. Place is superb some old factory etc and area also nice. Strong recommendation! Voir le carte

The dinner was quite good, the atmosphere nice and busy. Big round tables with a rotary plate in the middle are a good idea to share the servings.The food is tasty but a bit expensive considering the result and quantity.I have to state that the service was rather poor. They forgot orders several times, even the demand for the bill had to be echoed twice.

Streetfood at it´s best. Chengdu-Sichuan cooking, fresh, steaming pots with noodles, or rice and vegetables, juiciy tofu. Large screens depicting Chinese street life and cooking hanging from the ceiling, and outdoors. Seating in summer outdoors, else good space indoors. Activities, since it´s connected to the Confucius Institute. Delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Chinabrenner is a eclectic mix of art, food and experience. Restaurant is located in an old factory building, in an 'artsy' neighborhood of Leipzig. Walls are adorned with a mix of varied art styles. Food is warm and very good, served in family style with adequate portions to satisfy all. Wait staff friendly, but a little overwhelmed particularly with large groups of four or more. My first meal in Leipzig. I have tried Szechuan food in a number of countries. I would say Chinabrenner is one of the best Szechuan restaurants outside China! The food was exceptionally delicious, not oily , not too spicy. Ingredients used are very fresh. The use of spices and seasonings were well balanced! The staff were attentive and friendly, they even booked taxi for us. All these have given me very positive first impression of Leipzig.

One of two Chinese restaurants in Leipzig that are straight out of China. The food is absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere in an old factory is stunning. A definite must if you're in Leipzig. Also love the fact that all of the staff have dinner together among the guests at around 10. It adds to the charm of the place.One advice. Tell the waiter if you don't like your food extra hot (even if it doesn't say anything about it being hot in the menu), some of the chefs just love their chilis:)

when we drove here, we could not find this restaurant because it is hidden in the courtyard of a former lead foundry. Once inside it is also very different from a conventional restaurant, more like a trendy bar with a minimalist interieur. when we saw the menu, we thought that the restaurant is very far from the city center, it was quite expensive (we expected the opposite we ordered three dishes and the eating was simply great! even the simple appetizers that brought them free were delicious! in each dish was the combination of sauces heavenly and a million miles away from what you get in the average Chinese restaurant! if you want to visit and experience completely new flavors of Chinese c...
