"We were 8 people who arrived at 20:00 and was seated 20:15. After 10 minutes a waiter came to take the orders we ordered both first and main course. 20:40 we had our beverages and was asking about the first course. After some complaining...our first course arrived at 22:10. The prawns had not been cooked sufficiently and was still cold inside at this time the chefs in the kitchen were argueing very loud and screaming at eachother. 22:20 we left the restaurant without eating anything (We paid full price for the Beverages) and went to the neighbour which was a italian restaurant. I can and will never recommend this restaurant to anybody i had customers with me which was very embarrasing !"

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The steaks and food prices are on average. Location is great and interior light in evening is very dark.

Amazing meat ! Very good pepper sauce and fries. The service was a bit slow eventhough there was not that many people.. If you want good beef, this is the place !

We had a group of 10 people on a Wednesday night. Restaurant wasn’t terribly busy and the staff was friendly. Small snag with one of the steaks but it was fixed immediately. Couldn’t make a dirty martini was my only real knock.

visited after two years same good quality, good servicew anf cosy and clean atmosphere. We ordered: avocado salad(was good), burrata (loved it), vegetarian burger(it awsa basically a salad between sliced bun... which is weird and wrong), beef burger (overcooked beef). overall its a good...place for the price to have a quick lunch.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Extremely long wait (2 hours for main course , and they showed up with raw meat (ordered medium . Service was good up to the moment when the kitchen collapsed because of a lack of capacity. When this happened, the rest...of the staff decided to hide away. We were totally unprepared for the portion sizes, these really are U.S. meals, so definitely the place to go if you are hungry. I had a hot chicken salad and take it from me, you don't need the fries on the side (as delicious as...they are). My husband had steak and fries, really excellent quality. The ambience of the place is relaxing, and the service is just the best! Jason was our waiter for the evening, and he made us feel is if we were right there in downtown Chicago. Yes, Jason is the best!
