"We have a potential for Japanese culture, of course it doesn't matter that we continue to search for Japanese restaurants on holiday. Chibi ya probably surprised us because it is relatively unusual. Instead of ordinary sushi there are knights, Donburi and Curry. These saturated and varied dishes are available everywhere in small restaurants in Japan. The Chibiy ya is such a small restaurant, the place is limited, the tables are small and are nearby, you must like that because you almost inevitably come closer to your table neighbors. The ambience is fun and a bit wild. This is not a restaurant to go chic food, but a bistro with young audience. The food is absolutely authentic and also very delicious. While my husband tried various rams on two evenings and was thrilled by both dishes, I ate vegan curry so that both the meat eater and the vegan Japanese friend are fed here. As dessert we also tried vanilla ice cream with sweet beans and ice mochi both very delicious. The dishes are all freshly prepared and this is also costly. However, it must also be expected that later in the evening the desired dish is no longer present, but one can arrange almost all dishes. The service was cheerful and friendly on both days and you felt all around well."

Die Toiletten waren bedauerlicherweise sehr unordentlich und etwas heruntergekommen. Wenn dies noch behoben wird, dann gibt es nicht zu beanstanden.

Wir hatten Glück an einem Samstag ohne Reservierung einen Tisch zu zweit zu bekommen. Durch die offene Küche ist es sehr warm. Insgesamt entspricht das Ambiente aber der Vorstellung von einem japanischen Schnellrestaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war sehr lecker. Es gibt ausreichend vegane Optionen und bei den Hauptgerichten verschiedene Größen zur Auswahl. Ich hatte das Kimchi und ein kleines veganes Gemüse -Curry. Mein Partner ein mittleres Curry mit Hackfleisch.

Unfortunately, the handling of guests is very impersonal and cold. Since hospitality is an important trademark for Japan, the Chibiya has to work on it.
